The mac & cheese bowls topped with either pulled pork or brisket are a must have! Most of the people I bring here really love... the brisket option, but I personally prefer the pulled pork. This is currently my favorite meal to get in Seattle and it's agreat price for what you get. Most of the time I dine in and there's a lot of seating outside with roughly half of it covered inthe summer. During the rainy season, the other half has also been covered with a tent. Dogs are welcome! Read more

There are only two things you need to know to have the most delicious meal here 1. Jalapeño mac and cheese 2. Brisket I know... the mac and cheese is the best rated in Seattle, but it's literally the best I've ever had. I was lucky enough to try it monthsago at their food truck and was immediately hooked. I came to the restaurant to try their meat as well and my god the BRISKET.It's amazingly tender, cuts like butter, and melts in your mouth. For an OP move, put the brisket on top of the mac and cheeseand top with a good helping of their hot BBQ sauce. You won't regret it. Ok street parking in this area, you might need alittle luck to find a spot but it's doable. They also have dog friendly outdoor seating. Read more

(Food Truck Review) Enjoyed a half-rack of ribs and brisket sandwich - both excellent - from the Wood Shop food truck when it... was stopped at Stoup Brewery in Ballard. Ribs were incredible and food came quickly. 1 point off for cole slaw that we boththought was a little bland. Read more

Came up from Portland to try based on having smelled their spice mix. Happy to say it's pretty freaking good. The brisket is... tender, the pickled onions are tart, the Mac and cheese is dangerously saucy and melty. Drink list has a nice mix as well, Ineed to try their smoky lemonade next time. Edit: chatted up the cook on the way out and he let us try some ribs. Amazing, andfalling right off the bone. So happy I finally got to drop in! Read more

Tasty BBQ place. They were out of brisket and several other things on the menu by the time I arrived at 6pm, which was a... bummer. My party of 3 ordered fries, portabello mushroom mac and cheese, chicken wings and 1/2 lb of pulled pork to share. Thefries were a little disappointing and bland, but everything else was really tasty. It was a slight let down with the barbecuesauce, which I found to be quite average. I would come back for the mushroom mac and cheese though, and to try out theirbrisket! Read more

I'm not really a meat person but holy smoke their sausages here are so delicious!! The Mac Balls are really good too! The only... downside is I found their chicken wings a little dry and salty. Also make sure you come early! Once I came here around 6:50pmbut most items were already out. Read more

Food was picked up by a friend. You could smell the sweet aroma of yummy bbq from down the street where we were parked! Great... sign it will be good! Very happy with the brisket! The ribs were pretty good. I just don't prefer my ribs falling off the bones. But the flavor was definitely on point! And the potato salad wasn't bad. But then again, I'm picky when it comes to ribs andpotato salad! lol, The sauce was a bit disappointing -too much vinegar. Will be back to try other stuff for sure! Read more
