I don?t usually leave reviews but every morning I come to this location the two ladies that are usually working the counter are... way too kind for being up at 5-6am. Always helps get my morning started in a positive mood. Aside from the great customerservice they make great efforts to remember customer orders and usually have mine ready by the time I walk in if they aren?t toobusy. Props to them. Read more
This is hands down the best dunkin I've ever been to! They get my order right EVERY time. Idk what is wrong with all the other... ones but I say my order the same everywhere and everytime I go to another dunkin they never get it right and I have to come backto this one to get my coffee fix! Thank you guys for paying attention & doing what you do perfectly EVERY time ???? Not tomention they are always so kind and helpful to me when I come in! My names nick. I?m a business owner in Osceola county and my mom lives in Sebastian. I came in to get my usual coffee and... grilled cheese add bacon. Even though i wish they had an ?add bacon? button on the DUNKIN app. They don?t. So I have to order itin person. I always ask for well done or well toasted as I would say. They would put it in the system to cook it well done but Iwould never get it toasted well. Well today but changed. Tim went above and beyond and cooked my sandwich to perfection welltoday. I found this Dunkin to be very stressful. First, when I tried to enter there was a lady just standing there blocking the... entrance. She wasn't in line but was in the line and I could barely even get in to the store. I have no idea what she was doing.Second, the super chipper cashier made me feel rushed and wanted to know what I wanted before I got a chance to see my options.Third, I ordered a caramel latte and ended up with a mocha latte. Never had any issues in the past, but all it takes is one bad experience to spoil your appetite. Ordered two coffees via... DoorDash to be delivered to my home? what arrived was the darkest, most unappetizing, let alone inedible sludge of an excuse forcoffee. One sip, down the drain. It had the most horrific taste and ever worse, lingering aftertaste. This is no hyperbole! Iseriously am wondering if they used toilet water, or water from a dirty mop bucket that?s how gross this was! $18 worth ofproducts! Thankfully DoorDash took the hit and refunded me, but it?s not their fault! I mean come on! You can?t seriously chargepeople for such a poor excuse of coffee. It was appalling. Kudos to this dunkin location. I stop in here often and love the staff here they are always trying to make your day start right.... From getting to know locals by first names to what they like. Coffee is always hot and fresh. Healthy choices also they carryice cream which is a good treat for the kids when they are wanting to get out and grab a scoop walk on the Riverwalkarea.
