Was looking for a Spanish bite while I was in the area and found this spot, really good food, very tasty, pretty quick getting... the dishes out. The reason for 4 is because our waitress literally disappeared on us, came to the table 2 times. Drove up to Sebastian since it was only 15 minutes from my house to try Las Palmas, and I was not disappointed. I ordered so... many things and everything was fantastic. The mojitos were 2 for one and the bartender did a really good job on them. Theservice was amazing. You have a server, but they all tag team your table and you are never wanting for anything. This is the third time I've eaten here in the past two weeks. I've had two pork dishes and shrimp in garlic sauce. Everything... has been absolutely perfect. The rice, the beans, plantains...all perfect. Historically, I have been completely underwhelmed byCuban restaurants. No longer. The price/value equation is very solid, the servers attentive. What a great experience the food was amazing and the staff great they made it feel at home. The food was fresh, cooked to order... , amazing. The abuelita flan is a family recipe for over 100 yrs. The mojito was like the real cuban recipe. They had cubancoffee which will give you the kick you need for the day. This is the real deal made from scratch food.
