This place has not, in the past 5 times I've ordered, gotten my order right. Just tonight, I waited for over an hour before I... called to see what was holding the order up. They told me that they didn't have any drivers tonight and I would have to wait ona doordash delivery driver. They then informed me that a driver arrived right then and my order was on its way. 40 minuteslater, I get a call saying that the doordasher canceled and that I would not be getting any food. Now, my wife and daughter donehave any dinner for tonight. If the manager had any honor, he would've just drove it to my house himself. I just tried to order food for a 2nd time this evening and the answering service doesn't understand what I'm saying and I... definitely couldn't understand what the lady was saying... I ordered from Guiseppe's instead. The call with Papa John's lasted afew minutes (total confusion with someone that doesn't speak or understand English properly) and when I told the lady I couldn'tunderstand her, she hung up on me. My pizza was supposed to be delivered over an hour ago and still hasn?t arrived, the guy who answered the phone when I called to... ask about it was ultimately no help and said it would be just around the corner and took another 20 to even arrive, it was coldand it was delivered to the wrong house. Food was great! The steak and cheese papadia was to die for. So amazingly delicious! First time buying this item and can't wait... to have it again- seriously if you haven't tried it YOU NEED TO!!! Delivery was on time and very courteous! My husband loved hispizza. Y'all keep up the great work! My family and I plan to be customers at your establishment for years to come whether wedine in, have takeout, or have food delivered to us. The website is easy to use and the options for payment are excellent- payvia credit/debit card, gift card, or cash upon delivery. Read more
