My husband and I came here for a Monday night dinner. Our evening was absolutely fantastic. The food and drinks were delicious... but our server, Scott, was the star of the show. He completely made the entire night a 5-star experience with his humor,customer service and knowledge of the menu. Definitely ask for Scott when you go!! Read more

Update: After returning for our second visit... And reading other reviews about issues with smokers not respecting the... boundaries and management doing nothing, I'm not crazy about returning... This is a 5 star restaurant with great food and greatservice but some woefully bad seating due to bad policies related to smoking outdoors. We were seated 15 yds from the outdoorbar (the north east corner of the deck). Smokers were wandering from the bar over to the railing right next to our table. Ioverlooked the first 3 but it happened all night long. I'm not the type to complain but I'm getting over a sinus infection andit was affecting me. The waitress was sweet and apologized profusely but said that the owner allows them to smoke there. Sheoffered to move us but there were no other outdoor tables available. Another party was seated at the table behind us andimmediately asked to be relocated. Clearly we aren't the only ones annoyed by this issue. I will come back but we will insist tobe seated away from the northeast corner of the deck. Read more

A great place to eat an excellent meal right served right on the water. This restaurant was recommended by a Mel Fisher Museum... staff member. I am glad that they recommended it. There is parking directly across the street from the venue. There seems to beplenty of parking in that lot since it seems to be able to hold about 80-100 cars. You enter and are greeted by a hostess. Thereis a seating area inside and outside. The inside appears to be a mix of tables and booths and the outside is mostly 4-persontables with umbrellas Staff was great. I chose to eat on the outside patio right along the water. The menu has something foreveryone. My partner and I had fish and a fish sandwich. They both came out quickly and were delicious. The price was $40 for 2meals with the best fish sandwich I have had in a long time. The waitress and hostess were both excellent and even though itrained (and we got wet) it was an excellent experience from arrival to departure. The appetizer and meal were absolutely exquisite! We had the scallops on cheese grits topped with a bacon onion jam for our... appetizer. It was a perfect medley of flavors and textures. We are new to the area and tried this restaurant. Ordered fish dip and they only brought a few chips. Asked if we could have a... few more and they charged us a 1.00 for them. My wife ordered a salad with ranch dressing and they charged her a 1.00 for thedressing for her salad. Asked for a few crackers to eat with oysters which they charged another 1.00. We will not be back tothis establishment. The food we ordered was delicious and our bill with tip was $100.00. We have never eaten at a restaurantthat charges for the dressing that goes on a salad. We just moved to town, my grandmother is here visiting so we came for dinner on Sunday around 4. We were seated right away,... requested indoor seating with water view - no problem! Our server, Scot, greeted us immediately and told us about drink specialsand was consistent with his drop ins throughout the time we spent there. When he arrived back with our drinks he told us aboutthe daily specials and food came FAST! It was delicious - I had the shrimp scampi, Ma had a cup of clam chowder (from NE likeus, the way it's supposed to be!) and the fried shrimp basket - she had too much and had to bring some home. All around greatexperience. Fast forward to Monday afternoon I couldn't find my sunglasses ($220 Oakleys!) and realized I likely left them atthe table. I immediately called and Chris answered - asked me to describe the sunglasses and then said, "yup they're here in theoffice". We dined on the outside patio Sunday evening, what beautiful views of Indian River!! We all Loved the calamari appetizer, even... our young grandsons!
