What a joke of a restaurant.. 20 minutes in driver thru line. Finally get to the speaker only to be told they are out of almost... everything. Cant make tacos, burritos, out of lettuce and most toppings. Cannot make complete meals. Even on the KFC side theyare out of almost all items. Management/owners should have closed untill they had food to serve. Always get poor customerservice from this location. Read more
We live 4 miles from TB-S. We have ordered many times and have been relatively pleased with our meals. This time, however, was... the worst meals we have ever had at a TB anywhere! We ordered 4 tacos, 2 burritos, and a ground beef chalupa. The bill washigh - in excess of $20.00. When we got home, we put the meals on plates and began eating and watching the Little League WorldSeries. Our tacos were broken and split with the ingredients scattered all over the wrapper. What a mess! I could haveunderstood this if we had not been careful with our bag. But we were careful! There is no excuse for this! The burritostasted horrible, the beans were burned and the lettuce was mushy. The chalupa was tasteless. All in all, everything was notwhat we expect from Taco Bell. I instantly remembered why I never go here. My bag was missing 7 items. They ran out of rice but didn't say that when I ordered... so multiple burritos made with no rice. And the missing items from my order they were out of so they just weren't going tomention it , not put them in the bag and didn't offer to refund me. I went back through the drive thru and was givensubstitutions because luckily I checked my bag before leaving the parking lot. I was there over 45 minutes. When I got home thefood looked terrible and unappetizing. My family and I tried a few bites and threw the rest away. So the tacos are always super soggy, the chalupas are hard as rocks, and the tomatoes they served were rotten. I spent about $40... on food for my family and they could barley eat it this is not the first time this has happened and i truly hoped they would dobetter after the restaffing and remodeling, my advice if you really want taco bell go to the one in vero both service and foodare better by leaps and bounds in comparison Read more
Don?t pay for the ?extra toppings? on anything. I ordered two power bowls - one with extra chicken and lettuce and one the way... it came. I paid an extra two dollars for the ?extras? and what I got looked exactly like the regular item. We also usually haveorders that are incorrect and they try to overcharge by adding one more of an item (I.e saying you order three tacos instead oftwo). Go elsewhere!! Read more

I have given The Taco Bell In Sebastian on US one multiple chances to redeem themselves, they almost never get orders right,... they skimp the heck out of the meat and expect to pay more for what should be there in the first place. Very very unprofessionalin the food industry. I could say the other Taco Bell?s in Vero beach Florida is way better and I definitely will be going therefrom now on. I truly hope the Sebastian Taco Bell can become great quality as it hasn?t been for years?
