Ordered Wendy's through Doordash. Not the driver's fault as they can't open the back. Ordered a 10 piece spicy nuggets. 1/10 was... regular and did not get my ghost pepper ranch sauce. Since I ordered through Doordash, I can't correct this. Don't recommendthis location. Read more
I live within walking distance and when I walked in I saw that there was nobody in the dining room. I stood there for several... minutes watching a man with his back to me doing something and eventually he turned around to see me, didn't say a word andcontinued to do what he was doing. Meanwhile, I can hear everyone else chatting and laughing. I waited a few more minutes and ayoung man wearing a headset said "we'll be right with you boss" and walked away. I waited another few minutes and said loudly"THANKS FOR NOTHING" . I will never return. Dave Thomas would be furious but none of the youngsters even know who he was. Theydidn't want my money and will never get another dime. Clearly poor management and it makes sense that nobody was there. I justread all of the 1 star reviews (only because they don't offer negative stars) This place needs to be demolished. And I will editthis daily so it will be the first one everyone sees. Read more
Haven't been to Wendy's in a long time but was in Sebastian and wanted to go... horrible! Waited more than 20 minutes for a dine... in order. I was asked three times what I ordered which was the Pretzel Pub Burger and Pretzel Chicken. I got the burger andchicken but not on the Pretzel bun. When I brought it up she went to someone who told her they were out. Shouldn't I have beentold that? The manager should have told me not the employee. No offer of anything for the inconvenience. I know we are in hardtimes but there is still something called customer service. Would not go again ???? ???? Read more

This particular Wendy's has gotten my order wrong 3 times in a row with 0 cars in the drive through. The first time was missing... an entire sandwich. The other two times I was half way home before I realized that there were addition toppings on my order thatI always ask for to be removed. It's more than 10 minutes one way. Either double check everything before you leave or pass tothe next one. Read more
We pulled up and there was two cars ahead of us and they took their orders and made us wait for 10 minutes, while they made the... other people food and when he ask us what we wanted, his boss in the background said she was closed and he(cashier) told herthat they still had five minutes before they close and she said she didn't care they were closed and they had truck there doingdeliveries too. I ordered an "apple pecan salad". When I arrived home I discovered it had NO APPLES AND NO PECANS. (Gave me a pack of almonds)... looks like they reused a southwest salad from the sticker on the container. How do they think this is okay???!!!! Read more
