Just got home with my $17 pizza and it's a mess. Three yelling teenagers barely working. I sat for 5 minutes before they even... started making it with no others being made. Counters were a mess and looked like there was a food fight. Nobody cleaning upwith three employees on their phones. Second pizza in a row with missing ingredients and very sloppy distribution of ingredients. The first one had ingredients we did... not ask for and it was 2 sided but ingredients overlapped one side to the other. I love Papa Murphy's. Best pizza in America. Fresh and not to mention, fresh from your oven. Done just the way you like it. It's... budget friendly too. The staff here are the nicest. Website order, picked up pizza with crust torn in places, missing in others and not even to the first rim of the cardboard... bottom. When pointing this out to the employee the response was "sorry it's a thin crust and we don't pull it to theedges". The soda we purchased on the previous visit was expired. Explained that too and the response "we'll have to checkthem better ". Overall the pizza is great, help is good, but customer service is lacking. Recommend if you chose to buyanything here, be sure to check it carefully for expiration and don't pre-order so you can watch your order being made. Read more
