Our pizza was hot and yummy and service was good. We arrived when no one else was there so I wouldn't have expected anything... less. My only hesitation and giving a full five stars would be in the prices charged for what you actually get. A small 2topping pizza two soft drinks was over $27. I placed my order over the phone and the woman was very helpful in explaining the choices. The pizza, Cesar salad & garlic... twists were done to perfection. The man behind the counter was very friendly and made sure I got all the extras.Everythingtasted fresh and it was ready when they promised. This is a wonderful Round Table. Read more
Will never order again I'm done. Pizzas expensive no sauce on one of pizzas asked for cheese and peppers and your driver's don't... carry them after I asked on your wierd call ordering service that records our call. Guy didn't knock tried just leaving pizza ondoorstep. Way better local places in seb. Read more
We had my sons baseball team & all their families, they had just wrapped up another big party. I helped clear tables cause they... ran out of dishes so they could quickly wash for our group, I reminded the kids to be patient since there was only a staff of 3.The outside area was perfect for the kids, food came out shortly after & taste was amazing. To bad nobody wants to work anymorecause of covid, that staff of 3 did an amazing job!!! Read more
I love round table. I believe there is no other pizza that equals the quality and taste. I especially love the sauce over... everything else. The people that take orders on the phone are very pleasant and helpful in ordering. I do wish I wasn’t out ofthe area so far so I could have it delivered. I very much enjoyed my pizzas from round table Sebastopol. I got the new garlic lovers pizza and it didnt disappoint. Chris took... my order and he was very helpful and courteous. I really wanted pesto twists but they weren't on the menu. When I asked he saidhe would be happy to make them for me! What a great experience. Try em out, call ahead and pick up. Read more

Had a really bad experience here trying to sign up for Round Table rewards and witnessing the manager throw his customers and... workers under the bus to avoid comping any sort of food in multiple cases where it was due. The person in front of me took 10minutes to do their order because, they gave them a hard time on every coupon they had saying they were all expired and thatthere was nothing they could do she’d just have to order off the menu. They didn’t even mention your rewards program oroffer any of your current specials. All of this is just bad customer service but, I get it the coupons expired. Finally after10 minutes I get up to the register and go to use my 6 free twists coupon I JUST got while I was in the store and it saysexpired apparently the online rewards coupon is only good for 5 minutes. After seeing how he treated the last customer Irealized I was in trouble. I asked the manager if there was anything they could do for me as he literally watched me sign upfor the rewards and you could clearly see in the app it had just expired while I was in line. He told me to pound sand just likethe last lady and then said that his cashier should have grabbed him sooner as they have 3 registers. He said I should’ve cutin front of the lady who was ordering and ask them to scan my coupon right away. He did everything he could to blame me and hisemployees for being wrong rather than just giving out a couple breadsticks and offering a coupon to what looked like a regularcustomer. I’ve worked in retail, fast food, customer service, and business. These guys are horrible at all of the above andit’s entirely due to bad management. Read more
