Girl behind the counter too busy to even acknowledge me as I picked up a to go order, as I stood there and waited to ask for an... additional lid. Nice clean store...bought a pound of coffee. Had it ground for me right away. Wish they still had teas for sale.
I today was not good. This was my 5th time here and to my surprise I ordered two tall americanas and two hot chocolate.the order... looked small so I said large and they did it over and came back with 2 large Americana and 2 hot milks . I guess I should oftaste each one to make sure. But I didn?t since they were for my friends. I guess someone at your 8:30am team thought it wasfunny.I didn?t .the prices are high enough.and quality is what a customer expects. You blew this one. You deserve a one starrating .one for covering up the bad service and one for thinking it was funny. Read more
My nitro cold brew tasted like sink water. I order this all the time. And its always made wrong. I just dont understand why... though? Im always friendly and never complain but this is starting to get annoying that my drink just doesnt get made right thefirst time and I cant always change it when im on my lunch break and dont even know its wrong till its too late. Nice staff, good location and good coffee. Due to covid there is very limited indoor seating. This location has a decent amount... of power outlets to charge your stuff, but come early to snag a spot. The unisex bathrooms are closed, there's a separateprivate urinal and toilet with door if you need to go, sinks are separate from bathrooms so beware. Read more
Got a great Latte and Coffee here. My friend had Egg Bites she loved. It's a convenient drive-thru located on Gravenstein Hwy as... you are entering or exiting Sebastopol. (It's where the old McDonalds used to be). Nice drive thru attendants and jiffy service. Read more
Often slow on orders - especially mobile. The old Starbucks team and management were always on the ball. Organized, timely and... friendly. The new location often lacks. Just don't seem to be a team. Bathroom cleaning lacks too. Read more
