The place is the worst place I have ever eaten at. The service was terrible. 2.5 hours of waiting just for food. Claimed that... only 2 cooks couldn?t keep up with the maybe 15 customers that were in there. Go anywhere else and 2 cooks can serve an entirerestaurant faster than that place. Plus the cooks are back there cooking with full beards and no hair nets so make sure u checkur food for hair. Cost my buddy 200 just to feed four of us even after he had to send his steak back for being undercooked. Theservice was terrible and the owner was disrespectful towards him just for asking for a discount t after having to wait there foras long as we did just for our food. I'll never go back ther again. Food is good but the service is awful. The most frustrating part is the male waiter and his lack of knowledge when taking your... order. If you want to switch sides from fries to chips he charges you $2, if you want extra ketchup he charges you $1. By thetime you get the bill it?s ridiculous how many little fees they charge you and most of them without telling you before you orderit. My husband and I love Southern Table. The food is always delicious and we love the rustic decor and ambiance. Their strawberry... grilled chicken salad with raspberry dressing is my favorite item. The wait staff also does an excellent job. They are alwayspolite and efficient. In today?s day and age, it is so nice to see young people with a good attitude and work ethic. They alwaysgreet you with a smile and will answer any questions you might have. You can tell they actually enjoy their jobs. This makes thedining experience that much better. Read more
Great food! The best ranch dressing and baked potatoes around. Also, the carrot cake. I don?t even like carrot cake and I?d... chose this every time. The steak is also delicious. Definitely a must try for anyone who likes great food. Read more
I really enjoy the food at Southern Table. I have eaten there several times. They have excellent steaks, burgers, and pork... chops. The people are friendly and the atmosphere is very nice. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Read more
Food was delicious. We had onion petals and fried green tomatoes. Both were good. Chicken tenders and ground steak were... excellent. Desserts were fabulous. It takes a little longer to get entrees because everything is cooked fresh to order. Wellworth the wait, which was not excessive. The staff were friendly and responsive. Just shoot me! I?m so miserable! My daughter, granddaughters, and I ordered a late evening takeout from ST. My granddaughters... ordered personal sized pizzas (kids right???). My 5 yo dove into hers immediately, but my daughter managed to grab a bite andcommented on how delicious it was. My 12 yo was a bit wiser!!! She waited until my daughter and I opened our variety of boxesand containers and decided to sample everyone else?s before unboxing her own pizza. She sampled her mom?s pork chops first anddeclared them scrumptious, then baked potato salad, in which she ?sampled? about a dozen bites. Then she tried my grilled BBQchicken, topped with sautéed onions, bacon, cheese, and scallions, which was also the largest chicken breast serving I?ve everseen! She commented on how good it was, and then over comes my daughter who declares, ?it is the most moist chicken breast I?veever tasted!? Of course by this time, my mouth was watering! I had decided to eat my side salad first, which was fresh anddelicious with homemade dressing and croutons. Not wanting to waste any of the salad, as i had already doused it in dressing, Icontinued to eat it. By this time my 5 yo was finished with her pizza and came over to get in on the chicken action. At thispoint I?m starting to get a little concerned! My huge piece of chicken, which I?ve only heard rave reviews from my familyabout, had diminished to about half its original size. I was finally able to devour the rest of my salad, and take my firstbite. Their comments were understatements! It was the best piece of chicken I?ve ever put into my mouth!
