Waited outside almost 20 minutes past recommended time after checking in order the Texas cheese fries supposed to have onions... and jalapenos did not fries were so cold and hard I ate about five of them and threw the rest away look like they had justthrown The mini burgers into the tray I literally just took the two buns off the top and took a picture that's what it lookedlike,wish I would have looked at it before I drove home Will not be going back should have just went to McDonald's was going totalk to the manager about this and have them remake the order but don't want them to spit in my food I felt like this was so badit was almost done deliberately With all the bad reviews looks like it needs new management hopefully corporate will handle it Read more
I'll eat at chilis but there's not much of a wow factor. Food is average and good proportions. Service is usually satisfactory.... I usually get the mango chili chicken and it's good. Read more
Went to chilis on 9/25, I don?t know who was bartending that night as she didn?t even introduce herself but she gave the worst... service I ever received. There was no host so we sat in the bar area to be yelled at that it would ?be awhile? by the bartendereven though there was hardly anyone sat in the bar area, we finally got regular drinks after 15 minutes and they sat withoutrefills our entire dinner. A friend ordered an alcoholic drink and waited over 30+ minutes to receive it only for it to tasteawful. Dip trio took 30+ minutes to come out. Other parties around us were getting serviced yet we were getting ignored by thesame server/bartender and we didn?t get checked on once. We eventually had to flag down another server to even order dessertsand was greeted with more attitude and dirty looks than we got from our server. I could understand if we had come in ten minutesbefore close or even staffing issues but that was not the case as we came in around 8 and the restaurant not even on a wait orthat busy. Read more
Delicious food. Drinks, appetizers come out quickly. Main dish slow to come as seems they're short handed in the kitchen?... Anyway, the service was good and we enjoyed our meal when it came. Plus, we weren't rushed so totally enjoyed our lunchtimethere. Read more
When we arrived. There was no one to greet us initially. We waited 10 minutes to be seen. 15 minutes to get seated. An hour... and a half to get waited on with no drinks or chips for the wait. I got fed up because I had somewhere to go and orderedcurbside just to get some food. The restaurant was understaffed in the front of the house but seemed fully staffed in theback. How do I know? I got up to search for my waiter to tell him I needed something to eat due to a medical condition and Ihad another appointment. There were uncleaned tables sitting there for hours with stacked dishes. I have been to NUMEROUSChilli's across Florida and this particular restaurant was a complete disappointment. My best friend and I celebrated our end of 30's decade birthdays. The food was 5 stars. The service was 3 stars. The tea was 5... stars. We went on a Tuesday at 6pm. The waitress Sheila kept disappearing in the kitchen then not coming out with our food. Eventhough it's nice to be called "baby" and "honey," it was getting extravagant. We will return hopefully with better service.Getting our appetizer after our entrees was awkward. Read more
It was busy, but everyone was taken care of quickly. The food came out nice n steaming hot! Bar had specials and about 6 TV and... one by the to go area. Bathroom was very clean. This was over by Lakeview Mall in sebring. 10* Read more
