I'm a fan of Mexican food. First time in Don Jose Mexican and I loved it ???? The restaurant is really beautiful, the tables,... seats, everything looks amazing and clean. Authentic Mexican food, beautiful restaurant next to the lake, great servers. Everyone was very friendly and... polite. Complimentary chips and salsa to your table right after we sat down. The food was tasty and a huge portion, what wegreatly appreciated. Vegetarian options are available what was a huge criterium by us, regarding we don?t eat meat. If you arevegan you can also find great options for fulfill your requests and very satisfying drink menu matches with all of these. Let mepoint out that they made a custom-made Margarita to me (extra spicy) and I l loved it. :-) We?ll definitely go back to haveanother great lunch or dinner there. Read more

I don?t normally leave reviews, but couldn?t pass this one up. I got worried when I didn?t see Queso on the menu, but they... really out did themselves. Salsa was super fresh and tasty and Queso was top notch. Then our food came to table and againexceeded expectations. Thank you Carlos! Read more
Crowded in a good way... Great view (not that a care) Service was spot on. Waited at the bar 2for1 Margaritas smaller but tasty.... At half way thru second one table was ready. Service was fast..chips and Salsa right there and good. Food was really good. Read more

This restaurant is located right on Lake Jackson with plenty of parking for vehicles and a large dock if you prefer to come via... boat. They have a really good happy hour and some tasty entrees. The options for interior or exterior dining are plentiful. Read more
