Gluten-free, and Peanut free options as well as regular meal selections. Our food was good but incomplete. They had new Cooks so... our server had to work overtime to bring food items that were left off our main dishes, and the mushrooms on our Alice SpringsChicken were so spicy hot it was unpalatable to eat plus it did not complement the Chicken dish. Our Chocolate Downunder wasserved without its whip cream topping But our server was so gracious and sweet she kept our group calm. Read more

The Manager (Tyler) and Waiter (Seth) were AMAZING! They went above and beyond to make my experience great. They heard about a... bad experience I had at an Outback I visited several years ago, and they wanted my 1st returning experience to be amazing. It'sawesome when someone makes you feel so welcome and at home. You made my new 1st Outback experience one I'll always remember.It's the BEST customer service I've ever had anywhere! Read more

This is our second time at this Outback location on our way to Orlando. Let me just say the service is excellent. All staff... members are very pleasant and very helpful. Our server Staci was very friendly and attentive the entire time, and stayed on topof our table needs. Definitely recommend this place! Read more

I cannot tell you how impressed me and my family are with the service we received from Cele C. His service was impeccable, like... a breath of fresh air! Me and my family always talk about how bad service has gotten since covid and Cele just restored ourfaith that great service is not dead! I think he should hold a training, he was that great! My cup never went empty, the food came... out hot and although I had a few special instructions she remained patient and attentive to my special requests. Came in and ate dinner the other night and had such a great experience! The food was great and service was excellent. Our server... Kasey K. did an outstanding job and was very attentive. She was very personable and always knew when to check in on us. Sherecommended a top shelf margarita and it was delicious! I ordered a filet medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. Sadly one of the worst meals we've ever had. My wife and I went to this location a few days ago at around 4:30 in order to beat... the diner rush. It took about 30 minutes to get our table; which isn't too bad. The hostess was friendly and our server was too,but that's where it went downhill.... My wife ordered the "Perfectly Grilled Salmon" and I got the "Bone-In New York Strip"medium. The food took over 40 minutes to arrive and we saw lots of other tables get their food first even though they hadn'teven been seated when we had ordered. FINALLY the food arrived and just by looking at it I knew my steak wasn't cooked properly.It was pale gray and sure enough it was very rare inside, but I was extremely hungry and decided to man up and eat it as is. Thefreaking steak didn't taste like anything! Literally no flavor! My wife's salmon was cooked "perfectly," but was overly fishy.Typical of cheap commercial fatty farm-raised salmon. It also had little flavor in the way of seasoning. The remoulade sauce itcame with did little to complement (or mask) the flavor. I would have liked to complained, but the server never came back tocheck on us! By the time bill came we just wanted to leave. I had been driving for hours and just wanted to check in to ourhotel. Also worth noting, the dining area is filthy. There is all sorts of crumbs and debris in the nooks and crannies of thebooths. The lamp over our table was covered in dust and stains. Read more

To be honest we've visited this local Outback 3 times over the last 3 years. The first two visits were awful from greasy floors... that my wife slipped on, incorrectly cooked steaks and blooming onions that where so greasy that they were inedible, theyactually left a pool of dark brown oil on the plate. We had vowed never to return, however we recieved a gift card as aChristmas gift from a family member. So reluctantly we decided to try again. Now I don't know what changed at this location, butkeep it up. Let's recap this visit from the beginning. Upon entering we were greeted by a smiling hostess, who cheerfullyinformed us the wait time would be 15-20 minutes. Not a bad wait considering it was a Friday at 5pm. We told her great we'd waitat the bar. At the bar another smiling face and excellent service from the bartender. Now up to this point if I had known theevening would have been such a dramatically different experience I'd have taken names. We no sooner had our drinks and thehostess came calling my name. We were seated and Bailey our waitress came to our table cheerful, smiling, helpful yes now I'mtaking notice of names and looking around at the behavior of the rest of the staff. They all were wearing smiles and beingattentive to their guests. Such a marked difference from our first two visits. We had an amazing appetizer the blooming shrimp,this was fried like the onion, but it was not a greasy mess and the tails had been removed so you could enjoy the entire morsel.Our ribeyes were cooked perfectly and seasoned as well. No additional salt, pepper or steak sauce ne needed. We will be back andsee if this was a fluke visit or a genuine change. Outback of Sebring keep it up. You may have won back 2 customers. Read more
