The Clam Chowder was very bland and 95% cream. Very little clams in the soup. The side salad was not exciting. The service... was fine. The bathroom was filthy. I expected better than what there was. First time I have been in one for years. Willnever go back. Read more
We love Red Lobster! We make it point to stop by every time we are in town. Love when they do their shrimp special and... especially love their biscuits! Staff are always friendly, and restaurant is very clean. I definitely recommend this place, andit's in a perfect location. Read more
Horrible! We didn't even get past the host....who saw us come in, but then walked away. We and about 15 others stood for 15... minutes waiting. No one greeted us, no one was in sight. Finally a customer who was leaving the dining area wished us luck andsaid the service was horrible. My partner and I along with 6 others who were waiting, left. I understand they may be shortstaffed, but to not even come let customers know or take names or apologize is just bad business. Read more
Every year my son asks me to make him a lobster. This year we are visiting my dad who just moved to the sebring area. Having to... settle to go out to a restaurant was a stretch for me. I called the day prior to ask if I can bring a cake balloon and make itspecial. The manager I spoke to said it was fine. I stopped in the restaurant in the afternoon to bring the cake balloon etc.When I dropped it off I asked if the table could be ready at 6pm for 5 people and they said it wasn't a problem. I was soexcited that it was all gonna work out for his big day. (Double digits) Upon arrival the host was rude she told me she didn'tcare if I spoke to a manager and that there were no reservations. People that came in after us, were sat before us. She sat usat a dirty table that we asked her to clean. Then I found my balloons in the back on a waiter station. We ordered the GrandMarnier margarita. The server came and gave me disarono on the side and said they were out of Grand Marnier. Totally oppositefor anyone that doesn't know. Then just brought my dad a random drink he didn't even order. There were lots of other littleissues as well so I asked to speak to the manager. He responded quickly. He arrived with a smile and listened to the situation.His name was Vincent. (I hope that's how you spell it) I will say this... anyone who employs this gentleman is winning. He washands down genuine and just super. He made my son feel special. He turned the situation into a positive experience. I’m giving only one start because there’s no option for none. This has been the worse experience ever in this red lobster. I... have been in other red lobster restaurants and always being satisfied with my experience. Stating with being sit next to a tablewith 20 people as aloud as they can be. My food didn’t have much flavor and my wife’s was too salty. It’s just not worthit. Read more
We had an early dinner and all was good. We were greeted on entry, server was pleasant, food was exactly what we expected. We... usually ordered for pick-up, but got tired of food left out of the order. I guess we're eating in the restaurant from now on???? Read more
Hands down the best Red Lobster we’ve ever been to! From the greeter Kathy she was a kick!! Made us hungry for awesome... appetizers and Luis our waiter was tentative and meant every expectation not to mention the Kung POW Shrimp bowl and Lobsterlinguine was delicious! Read more
New to the area and was in the mood for seafood. Showed up and got sat almost right away... not much of a greeting by the host... and waitress at the front desk but he did make a comment to her about sitting us with "Jack" instead of whoever else she toldhim to "because he needed it" ....already having a bad feeling about this and we had not made it to the table yet BUT we triedto give them the benefit of the doubt. We got sat and waited and waited... we were hungry hoping someone who stop and take anorder or even bring us some water or bread... after about 10-15mins of 2-3 employees walking past our table and paying attentionto other patrons without any acknowledgement to our hungry faces with only menus infront of us on our empty tables we decided towalk out and head over to Outback. On the way out the same host who sat us bid us to have a great night as I'd we had just atedinner there not even realizing he had just sat us about 15mins prior ??????????? Read more
