I love Starbucks for what they offer, but this location sucks. They always make everything awkward when you go there. They find... any reason to close. Even thru this hurricane, their building is fine, they even have power, and yet they stay closed for 3days. They are always out of everything. It?s just bad management and poor service. Reasonably quick and mannerly staff. We've had mixed results with the beverages. I ordered a venti iced matcha today and it... came about half full of liquid, but foam took up another 1/3 or so of the cup. I'm a bit disappointed, but I seldom come anyway.My wife's custom beverage, however, was pretty much flawless. They were out of the supplies needed for spinach and feta wraps.I can't say I'd recommend the place, but if you want Starbucks in the area, then this is your option. I ordered the turkey and provolone sandwich to go. I didn't realize that their sandwiches are premade in clear cellophane... wrappers but thought I would try it. The presentation was terrible, the turkey was of poor quality and tasted like it was past the selling date. I tossed it into the trash. I have had better sandwiches from convenience stores. Stick to buying theircoffee. Do not ever purchase a sandwich. Read more

The employees were extremely nice. My daughters lid popped off and drink went down her. They lady making drink was the nicest... most sincere and caring person I think I've ever met. It was only a cold drink thank goodness. So my daughter was fine otherthan the humiliation. This lady went over and beyond making it right and getting my daughter dried. I can't remember her nameand Im truly sorry for that. (I hope this message gets to your boss and your become manager. ) So wonderful experience for mydaughters first visit to starbucks. Went through the drive through. Was in line for 36 min before I could even order. There was no way to get out of the line. They... only had a choise of 2 sandwitches. The were out of one.Took another 22 min before I could pay for and pick up mu order. Thesandwich was very hard and burnt. It was a tomato and basil. It taisted awful. I also go a Frappuccino. Small.
