Today when I went in I was very disappointed the African American woman behind the counter was incredible disrespectful and rude... she tried to not give me the correct amount on my sandwich then tried to over charge me for it when I asked her why she got veryloud in front of several customers then stormed off saying derogatory comments it was very unsettling. if I owned this place I'dimmediately remove her from the store and recommend counseling cause she clearly has something wrong mentally. Very busy at lunch. Need more help at lunch time. Very slow to get my food and check out.

I placed an order thru the app, went to pick it up they did not have the order when i got there could not find it the lady said... I?m over this and did not come back then the guy came over and said they don?t have it and i said well i paid for it he said idon?t know what you want me to do and walked away. They did not offer to make the order and left me standing there. They hadthat i don?t care attitude and had 3 people in there so not busy. I waited a few minutes and they just ignored me. I asked thegirl if she was going to remedy the situation and she said i don?t know where your order is so what do you want me to do. I saidi won?t be back here again. Terrible service and attitude. I did call a manager and she was going to call the owner and let himknow and have him call me. Still waiting for that call. Read more
