Had a coupon buy one get one and the cashier and manager said no because that kind of sandwhich wasn?t allowed. Tried to charge... my grandson $30 for 2 sandwiches. Then fixed it to 20 without the coupon. It?s always been the most expensive sandwich is theprice. I go here all the time because the girls were nice. This place changed and lost my business. Commercial food is commercial food. I must say, it's been a while, since I had come back to this location. They have changed how... it looks, however, what make the difference? is the individuals behind the counter who are providing customer service, Subwayshould honestly feel blessed to have Mike behind the counter. Mike is definitely last of the Mohigans when it comes toHospitality, Great service, Great attitude, Great knowledge. One can only hope, that they recognize how valuable he is. If I could give this place a zero I would. This used to be my favorite Subway in Sebring, that was about a year ago. You walk in... now and nobody smiles they do not greet you. Sandwiches are just thrown together sloppily and it's not very clean at all. Foodall over serving areas. The manager and a employee named Cally have the worst attitudes and are just rude everytime they opentheir mouth. Night shift is definitely on some kind of drugs and doing them in the bathroom, I could smell chemicals and therewas clouds of smoke as I was trying to use the restroom. Ordered meatball subs through door dash. The dasher called to let me know they were out of meatballs so I changed the order to... steak and cheese. They wiped the marina off and threw steak on. It was nasty to say the least. Do better. Read more
I thought it might be difficult to downsize a footlong in these times of inflation. Boy was I wrong! They are slicing the meat... so thin you can see right through it! I'm not exaggerating. I had difficulty tasting the meat on the sandwich. Fortunately thereare plenty of other sandwich shops in the area that are not willing to compromise. I wont be going to subway anymore! Read more
Subs are two expensive now. I would get two subs with double meat per week before price increase. Now I may buy two subs with... double meat every two months. Read more
