I wish I could give 0 star! The restaurants itself is nice and big but the service was terrible. Even though it was a week day... and not busy at all it took us 15 minutes to ask for an extra sauce. Our server was not attentive at all. When I told her therewas something wrong with my food she didn?t even care to change it. We ordered all American cheese burger which was normal( Iwouldn?t eat it if I was not so hungry) it comes with French fries( I really think something was wrong with it, tasted bad.) wealso ordered boneless buffalo wings and loaded dawgs which were good. This is located near LA fitness in Secacus. Visited this location for the first time, but did order take out before from the... same location and i feel take out is much better than in person service, we got better food and quantity when we ordered online,this day we went there in person and order all the things we usually order and we were not satisfied with the food. The chickenwas fine but cauliflower was soggy and also the burger we got we asked just for no meat but we got slice of bun with tomato andlettuce, no sauce not bean patty no onions or cheese. I came for a Thursday night dinner for a BOGO boneless wings deal. Like a lot of restaurants these days, the menu was online. We... sat in the covered seating area, which was very spacious. The only thing I didn't like was that the tables and chairs were weirdheights. I felt like a kid eating at the table since the table was so high compared to the chair. The wings itself were verystandard, and of course the bone in wings were saucier and tastier than the boneless. I was surprised that we didn't get celerysticks with our wings. The wings were also served in one large tray (yes, all six flavors), so it was really a choose your ownadventure experience eating through the tray. The waitress was nice and asked if everything was ok several times, but I guess itseems at this buffalo wild wings you need to ask for more water rather than getting it automatically refilled. It used to be good, but now quality is going down to drain. Look at how they are serving dull mundane wings hardly with any... sauce . Good luck getting your server back on your table. Also don't forget to get your own ranch and silver ware as they do notget that on the first time and then you have a choice - wait for it and eat the cold wings or eat them while they are still hotwith your bare hands Read more
Service really needs to improve,after being seated the server came to the table after 20min,and didn?t sound happy at all ,... either overworked or having a bad day. Been back here, this time the place was packed, the wings were horrible, we actuallydidn?t know which type of wing flavour we were having as all were dry with hardly any of the sauce flavour on them, we then hadto call the waitress again ,and ask her to get another order of wings and to make sure there was some sauce on it, after that ittook us another 45min just to get the check and pay it. If I could leave 0 stars and leave a review I would have. This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings. I encourage everyone to not go... here. I ordered a simple pick up order and waited a hour on a Monday. The food was NOT fresh. The best part is once I checked mybag there wasn?t any wings inside. The pick up person had an attitude when I returned and asked for my wings. We got a bunch of food to try out, mainly vegetarian. The cauliflower wings were good, but I?ve had better at other Buffalo Wild... Wings locations. The sides of cheese curds and side of tater tots had a really big portion and are nice and crispy. I wish thecurds had thicker batter. The nachos were the most disappointing, they were very bare and just lacking overall. Our server wasgreat, but was covering half the restaurant and was running around nonstop, the restaurant needs to hire more staff. Read more
