THE WORST PLACE ON EARTH! ONT GIVE THEM A DIME GO TO THE other store THEY TREAT YOU BETTER! I ordered a bagel not toasted with... butter on the side. I had to drive all the way to the store because they made my order wrong. They made me show proof ofpurchase even though I had a bagel in my hand. Instead of making my order right, the guy behind the counter mocked me, andwarmed my bagel up in the microwave and then handed it to me with a crooked smile. The bagel was warmed in the microwave and nowit?s rock solid and I cannot bite it. He was rude condescending and foul! This is a family business so I know he won?t getreprimanded so I ask that no one spends their money here. There is way better service provided by the other store down thestreet. Will never spend my money here again, what they did was racist. If you don?t like customer service find a new job. Sonow I have no food and I already paid for it. Read more
The hostess too a long time to tell me the prices of iced coffee. She also took an inordinate amount of time to prepare it. ... It only needed 4 things, coffee, ice, cream and sweet and low. Also, I asked what was the balance on my DD card, which shedidn't give me, only gave me the points I earned. Note, I didn't have my glasses on, so couldn't read the receipt. Read more
I don't even know why I keep coming here. Always bad service, no matter who's taking care of you. And the drinks never how you... ask. The DND on 704 Kennedy Blvd, in Union City, so much better. Read more

Had been to Secaucus , and was trying hard to get coffee. There is nothing around this area and thanks to this Dunkin :) coffee... was awesome as expected . They didn?t have many breakfast / drinks . I wanted tomato pesto sandwich , avocado ???? bread ,mango or strawberry coolaatas but they had nothing :( had to get an egg croissant which was ok . Regular lemonade was there butit was too watery . Super slow on a Friday afternoon. I could have made a pour over at home in less time than it?s taken to get a cold brew here.... Also there are about seven women working yet somehow I?m pretty sure it?s all of their first day. There are two million Dunkin?sin NJ - pick any other one than this. Read more

This place is very close to where I live, but is aweful. I was in a hurry this morning so gave it another try. I was quickly... reminded of how slow the service is here compared to other Dunkin's. I ordered hot chocolate. It tasted like it was made withdishwater and a splash of chocolate. So terrible I threw it out after 2 sips. Will someone competent please buy this locationand run it properly? I'm surprised Dunkin' Corporate allows this place to operate so consistently badly. Read more
