I’m not the type to put a bad reviews! But this restaurant is so filthy!!! Never again!! The bathroom made me wanna throw up!... Due to the smell! Horrible! The waitresses are horrible! Service to bring your food and drink took her a long time! Poorservices, cleanliness of the facility is disgusting! I asked for peppers and this is what I got!!! We are in pandemic! How can they not train their staff with specific protocol to just at least wipe the peppers after each customers used!! Read more
Where do I even begin... On a Saturday night, I'm grateful I was seated within 2 minutes of entering the restaurant, since after... waiting for around 25-30 minutes, I was told I had to move because my table had no waiter. Was the lack of employees my fault?After a few more minutes, I returned to the front desk to inquire about the status, and was informed that everything was OK andthat someone will be assigned to our table. Without even introducing himself, the server began accepting orders. I ordered a fewappetizers and three main courses. It seems like employees were not in mood to work that night. Anyways, My order arrived all atonce after being presented with breadsticks and salad, as if they couldn't serve the appetizers first and then the main dishafter few mins. Server forgot to even ask about parmesan cheese on the food as their standard protocol. The Olive Garden in Secaucus is horrible. I ordered chicken and gnocchi soup but received just cream soup with some veggies. I... also got rigatoni with the mushroom Alfredo sauce and meatballs. I had only oil in the bottom of my bowl and one mushroom.Paramus olive garden is better. Read more
Our server, Axel, was really attentive and helpful! The food was great, the drinks too. But the breadsticks were really salty,... like way too salty ???? so I couldn't enjoy them. Read more
Food was good, had the endless soup, salad and bread sticks, chicken parm & spaghetti, hubby had the seafood Alfredo. Waitress... was nice. But there was a stale smell, I believe it's the curtains that need to be washed or replaced and furniture wiped down,pics will show. Read more
We didn't wait long to be seated. The food came right away. The berry sangria was so good. The staff was friendly and nice.
My first time trying Olive Garden food. Really good. Kobee was a great server. Will be back
