One of my favorite locations because of the cozy & quiet atmosphere. You can definitely get some work done here without much... distraction. The Pick-Two is a great deal, Mac & Cheese is always delicious and I recommend the Toasted Frontega Chickensandwich! Read more
Broken seats, rude employees plus they operate very differently from other Panera?s I frequent. Often out of stock on... ingredients always stocked at other Panera beads. They don?t even have the coffee cups out you have to ask someone behind thecounter if you are lucky enough to grab someone?s attention. I ordered curbside and I waiting 20 min outside (after it said it was ready) till I decided to go in because it?s been way to... long, to see my food and drink just sitting there and all the employee had to say was ?sorry we are busy? what kind of customerservice is that? My soup and flat bread were cold and my drink barely had any ice cuz it melted and watered down my drink. OHand they forgot the teriyaki sauce that I put on the side for a sandwich. Please avoid this place! I went to these place to drink a coffe. I ordered and I seat and 10 minutes after my purse has been... stolen from my chair. When I report this to the manager and staff. They just ignored me. ???? I called the police and theycame and try to see the videos but the cameras are just aim to the cashier. So horrible not to feel safe in a restaurant and thestaff don't show any empathy at all. I lost all my documents, credit cars and some cash. NEVER AGAIN TO THIS PLACE! Read more
Worst Panera I?ve ever visited. Long wait time . 0 customer service skills. Waited 30 minutes for an order I placed ahead of... time for dine in. Since I was now late due to the delay I asked the manager to make the order to go. He didn?t relay the messageto his employee at all further wasting both mine and her time. No remorse for the delays from him either. Would not recommend. Read more
