Only reason they even get 2 stars is cause the food was okay! From the moment we walked in service was terrible, host seemed... like they were so sad we walked in. Took 15mins to seat us(which I don?t mind this part) but holy cow. Once we were sat,everything seemed to go left. The host was amazing and very knowledgeable about Red Robin?s, but for some reason she?s the onlyserver? On a FRIDAY? There was at least 10 tables seated. She would place the order, make our drinks, bus all the tables, bringout the food. Totally unfair. The lady in front did not budge. On a day you?re short staff, I would schedule the most efficientteam, or have more people. It was like the host and the server worked at different restaurants. The whole reason we come to RedRobin is bottomless sides & drinks. Took 30 minutes to get us a Root Beer & Lemonade refilled, I ordered sweet potatoe fries,but my refill was somehow regular fries, which took another almost 45 minutes to correct. I work in the restaurant industrymyself and as a Manager I almost wanted to get up and help them cause the poor server was running all over the place. TERRIBLEEXPERIENCE, my burger was also cold at the top. Next time I would be better off driving 8 miles to the next location cause thisone, you?ll spend 4 hours waiting for FRIES. Read more

Service and food are always good. Very clean and friendly.

Wednesday evening at about 730pm. Walk into this Red Robins and the lights are off and there's no hostess. For a second I... thought it was closed but I heard music. I peep my head in further and notice sign of life. There's one guy (waiter) not inuniform who seated us. Looked like he was by himself. He did not provide any menus at first and it took some time before he tookour order. Overall food and service was not bad. He was definitely doing his best. Management must suck though cause there is noway. He was a host, a bus boy, a waiter and a bartender. Talk about modern day slavery. Give that man raise. Read more

Red Robin delivered great service and delicious food. The restaurant felt really clean. We managed to get out food within 10... mins. We truly felt that staff cared for us. For dinner, I picked chicken burger with some fries. It was simply good. It wascooked to almost perfection. Strawberry milkshake I ordered was my highlight of the meal. It was smooth, creamy, and blendedgreat. My friend and I shared their donuts. They were delicious. I recommend dumping the donuts in the chocolate sauce thatcomes with it. It was really sweet and delicious. It's worth the extra calories. I would definitely recommend here for thosewho want a quick indulge meal. Read more

Terrible front of house experie. Ignored by host an manager, and then service-through-neglect (including having to ask for... silverware). I didn't eat my refill on the "endless " fries because they arrived after I was done with my burger. The reasonthey get a 2and not a 1 is that the food preparation was pretty perfect. Read more

My boyfriend and I dined here over the weekend. Our food was good but the service was bad from the moment we walked in. When we... first walked in, the hostess was nowhere in sight, and we waited almost ten minutes at the front, just to be greeted and thenseated. Once we were seated, we waited almost another ten minutes to be greeted by our server. When our server arrived heapologized for the wait but it was a very light apology. He didn?t even seem apologetic and didn?t make eye contact with us. Hedidn?t seem happy to serve us which made us feel even more uncomfortable. He also spoke very timidly and with a low voice.Thought the whole meal period, he was not attentive. We ordered wings and our wings did not have the blue cheese crumbles thatit normally has when we order it. Our server kind of disappeared and we had to use our machine to pay our bill. I?ve been tothis location about three times already and the service has not been good all three times. The Red Robin located in Paramus ismuch better! Me and my family are big red Robin fans and our food was satisfying. I think I have had better experiences with other red robins... but overall the food was good. We ordered 2 whiskey BBQ burgers and one monster burger. We ordered online for curbside. Wedidn't have to wait long. We got everything we ordered but we only got 1 napkin. Good thing I got paper towel from walmartlol But it was good for a quick eat. Read more
