Currently NOT open for pickup- sign on door gives telephone number to call? The mobile orders on app ( three different drinks )... all were made properly and delivered to us ?outside the doors? within ten minutes. Drive thru appears to be functional in anormal pace for the time of day and demand. Hand crafted drinks are not suffering from the staff shortage challenge, so orderahead on the Starbucks app or drive through to get you drink(s) in a reasonable time . Read more

Despite the fact that it's outside of the continental United States; this has to be the best StarBucks I've ever visited in my... entire life. And let me be the first to tell you, I've been to *quite* a few StarBucks in my lifetime. Primarily, the baristaworking on yesterday's beautifully sunny morning was super kind and immediately asked me my name! I had never seen such purebrightness and joy emenating from any other barista. Happily, I said, "I'm Caleb. Nice to meet you!" We proceeded to chat for agood fourty minutes about life, work, relationships (incl the recent loss of my fiance Becci), and more. But anyways, I leftwith the best-tasting, nuttiest, spiciest, most delicious Pink Drink I've ever consumed. So...with all that to say: Thanks,Sechelt StarBucks. Always a favourite. Some of the staff great some not so much.
This would have been a positive review but the barista working the drive thru was really inappropriate. I ordered a drink and... asked for something specific and didn't get it when I rolled up to the window. I politely told the girl that I'm missingsomething and told her I asked for it. She said she thought I said "no _____." I didn't I said "light". It's fine to make amistake, I don't mind. I worked in service too. But when she turns away from the window she immediately started gossiping aboutme to her coworker, very audibly, and lies and says, "she didn't ask for it, what am I a mind reader?!" Then turns to me allfake nice and says, "here you go, have a nice day". K. Maybe don't gossip about customers right in ear shot? Also, the lie tohide a mistake is super sad. This is my first negative experience at Starbucks in 15 years. Read more
