Typical Subway. Could use another counter person at lunch. Very busy. Took me about 20 min to get my sandwich. Sandwich... artist was very composed and fast but she sure needed help! Read more
Is Betty the owner at this location? Numerous time we came here to buy our sandwiches, we ALWAYS had to repeat on our toppings... and she was just rude! My husband refused to shop here so it fell on my shoulder, last time I was here I did not see her andeven thought Asian guy got my dressing wrong, it was okay as he was very apologetic. Today I finally got to meet Betty, I askedfor hot pepper on 1/2 of the sub, she just stared at me with this hostile look as if she did not hear me so I had to go repeatwhat I asked for, then she uttered "which one" and pointed at the 2 choices - one is Banana Peppers and the other Jalapeños andso I said the red and yellow one, she further mumbled "those are banana peppers". How difficult it is for her to simply ask me"would you like Banana peppers or Jalapeños?" when I told her what I would like the first time? Why did she have to give thiswhy-are-you-wasting-my-time-you-idiot look and made me repeat what I already said very clearly? If she is the owner, she is notgetting our business anymore but I don't think she really cares! Read more
The food is fine as any other location but the staff here seem to have a hard time listening, butchered my order while ignoring... my instructions. The staff all look miserable too, these people need to learn better customer service or get an attitudeadjustment. Read more
