Update: I have eaten here multiple times since and both the sandwich quality and service continue to be great. Honestly the... freshness and quality of the sandwiches are the highest that I have ever received at any Jimmy John's and I have eaten atnumerous locations in Kansas City and St. Louis when traveling for work over the years. I'm sorry guy's, the sandwiches where good, but this is the slowest store. I waited for over 10 minutes after my order.. sat... for 6 before.. with nobody and no truck. I asked for an explanation and they said "we have a new employee" I'm sorry, but yourlobby wasn't open and I was your only customer. Please get better before you end up closing! Read more
My order was thrown at a hospital volunteer by the delivery driver. When I called the manager to ask what happened, I was... matter-of-factly informed that she was aware of it and that the driver would be terminated. She told me not to tell her how todo her job. She had been doing it for 13 years and she was too busy with a catering order to deal with this. Read more
You know, for a place who is known for being ?freaky fast,? you?d think the people that work there would actually be able to... bring that to the table. Every single time I have come to this location they have either been understaffed, or just flat outSLOW. I work at a factory and cannot take the time out of my day for them to finally be getting around to my pick up order thatI placed almost more than thirty minutes before I picked it up. I arrived and they told me they had to make it really quick. Butthe gag is that there was no other customers in the parking lot and looked like there hadn?t been a very large dinner crowdbefore we got there.
