After the drive in employee handed me my order, I noticed that she left out the baguette. I let her know that it was missing.... She went and got it for me. As I was pulling away, I also noticed that there was no dressing for my caesar salad. I went aheadand parked my car and went inside to grab it. I called to check on the job app I put in on indeed. The man I talked to denied the application while I was on the phone with... him, checking the application. A regular, easy, and reliable Hwy 50 road-trip stop for us. The kiosks make it easy to order just what you want (including... number of syrup shots in your coffee!), although sometimes it's worth it to order bakery items at the counter for the mostup-to-date inventory availability. Staff have always been friendly (even when dealing with weary travelers), efficient service,serviceable bathrooms, and plenty of seating indoors and outside. Read more
It was ok! I think there used to be a pickle served with the tomato soup and sandwich meal. Also, the customer notification... apparatus didn't notify us of our meal. If I hadn't been watching the server counter, our food would have been cold. When I toldthe male server about it he just said, "Oh it must not be charged and then walked away from the counter. If they had not givenmy wife and I two napkins each on our meals, our grandson would have had none. The kiosk told us that the lemonade was sold outbut when we went to get our other choice the machine had plenty to dispense. Not only are businesses having problems gettinghelp, they seem employ young people who don't know about customer service and we are who help make their pay checks available. Read more
Constantly out of baked breakfast items shortly into breakfast, then when trying to get soup they say not until 1030: Even... though they have fresh pots sitting there at 1015!!! Adding insult to injury as the buzzer goes off; they ask Did you pick yourfood up already??? No idiots!!! You sent my order out the drive-thru!!! Pull your heads out of you A**es!!! I love Panera bread. Their sandwiches are always top notch and all of their breakfast is amazing.
Always great! On this particular visit, I had the full size Green Goddess Cobb salad. It is delicious and my go-to at Panera. I... will occasionally have a pick-2 with a small Cobb salad and a soup. Read more
