Not a good experience for our final spot to eat on vacation. Food was bad, ribs were super dry, calamari didn?t look or taste... like calamari, chicken nuggets for my son was actually fried chicken cut into small pieces! Waitress didn?t even bother to letus know that the chicken nuggets weren?t really chicken nuggets. It was 7:30 on a Saturday night and there was only 1 table withpeople. The ribs didn?t even come with sauce on it, it came on the side which is crazy for a place labeled a BBQ joint. Thewings that you could order in different quantities, you were only allowed to choose 1 sauce for it! The coleslaw honestly tastedlike perfume which I couldn?t believe. On top of that when the check came, the waitress walked away and started to tell us?thank you for coming? which felt pretty dismissive considering how disappointing the entire experience was. First time here food is amazing but staff beyond sucks! There will be NO TIP TODAY! Bartender/waitress has no skill set to be... dealing with customers. She took forever to come to our table to take order then once she did we never saw her again! Not oncedid she check on us if we needed anything not even for another drink. When she finally came to clear our table she didn?t evenask if we wanted dessert. No sense of urgency or customer service. Read more
Good spot and good wings. Service can be a tad slow but a fun hangout. Only thing I find truly strange is they force you to... stick with one sauce flavor per order. So even if you get 12 wings you can't do 6 9f sauce a and 6 of sauce b... Read more
This is gonna be a rough review so let me start by saying the atmosphere is kinda gloomy and depressing beer is flat and not... that cold but most importantly the ribs are by far the most dry unflavored ribs i have ever had in my life i think the reasonthis place is not doing as well as they were 15 years ago is because they lack passion. So I went here again on an unexpected road trip and felt bad for the one waitress working on the floor. It was a full restaurant... and she was running around like crazy. We understood it was going to take a bit more for us to order/get food. Once we orderedeverything came out just the way we asked and delicious as ever. Took us a while to pay for the check but we understood that aswell. While we were waiting for the check she ended up getting some help and I felt relieved. In these times you need to bepatient and understanding. These were one of these times. I still stand by my 5 stars. Read more
Great food. I haven't left a place in a food coma in a while, but this did it. Great servings for the price. The burger was... cooked perfectly and ribs definitely fall off the bone. Some of the best wings I've had In a while as well. They have a largeselection of sauces and rubs. I tried the house sauce. Nice kick and something sweet I believe. Read more
Got Takeout from here while working in the area and the food was absolutely amazing. I called in the order ahead and it was... ready in 10 minutes. The fries were all still crispy and perfect which is very rare from takeout. Portion size was crazy it wasa lot of food, definitely worth the money. I will totally go back if I'm in the area. Nice people but they need to apologize to that pig because those were the most tasteless ribs I have ever had. Bones tasted like... water. Ribs with zero flavor. How hard is it to throw some liquid smoke in there? Great Cole slaw tho. Read more
