Everytime I come here I have to deal with miscommunication between employees. For example I order a coffee and when I get to the... register they ask me if I had a chai or I pay and that person walks away before handing me the order and then someone else comesover acting all confused? It happens every time I come here which was about 3 times between Oct and now. Also today?s hashbrowns are rock hard, like they were reheated multiple times! Read more

I?ve been here four times. I can?t speak on the value of the food or coffee here. Why? Because each time I?ve been here, they... refuse to serve me. Most recently, I arrived at 4:15 (5 minutes ago) and asked for two sausage, egg, and cheese wraps and shetold me, and I quote, ?we actually aren?t serving hot food right now because we close in what...20 minutes?? She was insinuatingthat they close at 4:35pm? When, in fact, they close at 5pm. Once before, it was 20 minutes before closing and they said no hotfood. Twice before they also said they cannot serve hot food and I told them, ?no worries, can I have a medium iced coffee withcream, no sugar?? To which, two different employees told me, almost verbatim, ?it?s been so crazy today, we actually don?t haveany cold coffee right now, but I can making you a frozen coffee!? My wife ordered a sausage and cheese on a croissant via drive through. It was literally burnt black. What a joke.
Usually not one to leave reviews, but sweet Jesus. They took almost twenty minutes to assist the 3 cars ahead of me. Almost... expected them to have one staff working, MAYBE two. Pull up to the window to find a full staff. Repeated my drink order 3 times,still messed up. Simple sandwich order came out as veggie, didn't tell me. They had to ask again for my doughnut order at thewindow. Watched them for 3 minutes try their best to put a top on a medium ice coffee. Top won't stay on, probably a bad top.They struggled for 3 minutes before handing me a cup with a top loosely attached. First and last time to this Dunkin. Laughablybad Read more
First impression: cleaned, organized lobby, tables are clean and flowers at the top (good idea, looks good) Staff: She said... "welcome to Dunkin how can I help you" that is no a normal welcome on any of my Dunkin visited. Why 3 stars: my croissant wasburn, the beacon just one piece no bigger than 1 inch the egg was warm. We got here for a late breakfast and coffee and were welcomed by the nicest Dunkin employee Andre . It may seem like this is an... everyday routine for most of us but this young man literally made our day by simply being kind friendly positive and my gawwwdhe makes a great coffee. ...suggestion for the corporate Give this young man a rise.....he represents you withprofessionalism,kindness,giving your customers full undivided attention.
