We had a table of 12 for a birthday party for myself and my cousin. We called the head to make sure that there was a table... available for such a large party. The longhorn staff snapped quick to make sure that they could facilitate. We had one serverfor the whole table and she did an exceptional job. Pretty good spot. Service is always pretty good with a friendly staff. My only issue with this Longhorn is cooking temperature.... My kid got a kids cheeseburger that I literally had to rip the bottom off of for her to eat it because it was so over cooked.Then my steak was supposed to be medium but it's always a surprise with what you'll actually end up getting. This particularsteak was a mix between medium well, medium and almost rare so that was fun. The lava cake for dessert was pretty friggin goodand HUGE! Overall I'd go back but would probably have to send my food back 5 times for it to be cooked correctly. Read more
Server Kelsey was amazing, the food was great!! Amy the manager an absolute BIT@# we asked to have our seat moved due to sitting... directly in front of the bathroom entrance and having people constantly walking by.....her response was NO then gave the serveran attitude for even asking.....I'm disgusted in the poor management from this particular manager I will not return here becauseof her. After a long flight from the West coast I was driving to MA and thought I deserved a steak. I got the filet with a side of... mashed potatoes and the Mac and cheese. The food was great and seasoned great. It was a little undercooked but was amazing. Thereason for the four stars was that the waitress loaded me up with drinks and food and then never came back for 15 minutes. Bythe time she came back I was hungry for a dessert. For sure 100%, LongHorn Steakhouse is my favorite restaurant of this kind. This is my 5th time here in less than a month, you... can imagine. Fantastic food. Ate here for my birthday with Mom. Had the Outlaw Ribeye, with the loaded baked potato. Caesar's Salad for... appetizer. Hostess was polite.
