Can?t fit van in drive thru so went to Lobby because it was supposed to be open and wasn?t called to tell them guy said they... washed the floors so I couldn?t go in. So I stand in rain at drive thru window literally a minute later and he had someoneinside ordering! What was the point of that ? Food was ok; my daughter got a half cooked potato and she's pregnant, so I REALLY wasn't happy about that. Maybe someone should... pay better attention to check whether or not food is cooked properly. Read more

It's not even 730 and the restaurant is locked up. The drive thru is packed. An employee having dinner, I'm guessing ,is... laughing at every customer that comes to the door. I've witnessed 4 families leave due to this. Service would faster if they letpeople in. This is not a case of being under staffed. There's plenty in there working right now. Something needs to change atthis location. Starting with opening the doors. Also have another menu set up prior to menu at speaker so people can be moreprepared to order faster. This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm hungry so I'll wait it out but to the owners your staff is losinga ton of money you could be making. Since I started typing I have seen 12 cars come and go , 7 more people trying to go in. Allleft. The line is going out to a dangerous main strip . Read more

This location messed up our order last time and they agreed to refund our $50 order. They never did. Tonight my girlfriend... ordered and they forgot one of the drinks, made the burger wrong and there was hair in her cheesy fries. This place has now lostcustomers (a family of seven). There is no QA and this place lacks customer service. Read more

ORDERED THRU THE WENDYS APP THE DOOR DASHER COMES , NOW I ORDER EVERY FRIDAY I GET 2 BAGS .. OK SO 1 BAG I SAID WHERES THE REST... HE GOES I DONT KNOW ... I CALLED WENDYS AND THE ON THE PHONE CLEARLY SAID CALL DOORDASH . I DID .. IT CLEARLY SHOWS THEDOORDASHER DID NOTHING WRONG WENDYS DID THE PACKAGING WRONG , the customer service lady for doordash calls the general managerat Wendy's and she stated she couldn't refund me . Didn't we already do this? I went there and ordered a big mac. They don't make a big mac so I gave them a 1. But they gave me... something that was much better some bacon filled delight in a pretzel bun. I gave it a 5. So those add up to 6 but Google onlyhas 5 stars which is stupid bc they don't say 5 out of ? How many google? Idk. Do you? Umm ???? - what happened to fast food? The fries were too salty. The "chicken classic" wasn't classic or classy at all. The... perfect part of the purchase: the personality of the workers and bag. The food, while fast, didn't really taste like food (atleast no food I remember). I have fond memories of Wendy's as a kid. It is nothing like that now. It's unfortunate. I ate it,but I should have made a different decision. Read more
