?Arby?s We Have The Meat? Not in my 2 Gyros! Order Placed 09-17-22 2:16pm Order # 335 at TA Location Store #7324. Maybe I am... spoiled by my Local Arby?s #135; My 2 Gyros lacked meat. I was additionally charged $2 for a teaspoon of Jalapenos between thetwo. Not to mention My local Arby?s does not Up Charge for that. Both in person and online. I was never given a price at theDrive Thru Box, or the window .. I should have asked before handing over my card. $13.86 rip off. The recent Greed Increase was25% not 50%. How are fries burnt and served at room temperature? Not to mention that a gallon of gas is cheaper than yourfries. The price of potatoes has not changed that drastically; unless they came from the black market. Very disappointed anddisgusted by corporate greed. I love this Arby's! I have had the pleasure of being helped almost always by the same person, David (Dupont)?) for about 10... years...really! He is a hidden gem who I hope mgmt uses to train others on customer service 101. Order always correct, freshand delicious! I will never go back to this place. I never leave bad reviews, but I can't help it this time. I waited over 20 minutes, in the... store, for two roast beef sandwiches. I had to leave without the sandwiches. I saw wrapped sandwiches stacking up behind thecounter. I'm sure my sandwiches were in that pile. I had to go back to work and clock in, I didn't have any more time to waitfor the sandwiches, let alone eat them. Read more
Overall good experience this particular location has both arby's and popeyes chicken in one and that's really cool
Some times they miss putting items in the bag or put a single beef-n-cheddar instead of a double. But if you're inside they will... make it right. Mike is a great customer service person nit sure if he's manager or not. Overall 4? just check your order beforeleaving, but that's any fast food chain nowadays.
