There seems to be a theme of poor customer service at this location. If I could give zero stars I would. My order was messed up... 2 days in a row. I specifically called in to the store the second day and spoke to someone at the store to make sure they gotmy order right. NOT THE CALL CTR. When I got to the store after 45 mins. My order was again wrong. When I complained and said Ispoke to someone to make sure they got it right this time a very unprofessional female General Mgr told me I must have spoken tothe call ctr. When I told her no it was someone in the store she again said I didnt because they hadn?t taken any calls. Really!I knew that wasn?t true because I had cust svc transfer me to the store and the person that answered the phone was the person Idealt with the day before. I left and called back to complain and was hung up on 2 times! Who does that to paying customers!Don?t spend your money in a place that doesn?t value you or your money! Attempted to use my rewards to get a free medium two topping pizza by ordering online. When I attempted to order online the... pizza only showed as free when I removed the cheese and sauce, for each topping it would charge me. I called customer serviceand they directed me to the store. The manager on duty EMILY said she could not help me. She suggested that maybe having chickenas a topping was the reason for the upcharge, somi tried having beef and steak, once again charged $2 or $3. So I went in storeand explained this to her which her response was she can't help me she doesn't know what I want her to do about it... Thehell?!?! No sense of customer service. When I walked in there was a young lady leaning on the boxes with elbows and all that thepizzas are supposed to go in and not one person greeted me. Just close this location, they serve no purpose. This has been the worse customer service I?ve received from this store. I ordered from this place multiple times and there?s was... never an issue delivering to my home. So I placed an order tonight 8/01/2022 at 9pm and told everything was getting prepared forme then 20mins a women called me and told me they can?t deliver to my locations since we?re too far. It take only 14 mins to getto my location from their store. So she decided to cancel my order, I told her you?ve been plenty of time before, how is it anissue now. She just said well that was our last time delivering to my location and we have to cancel my order and hung up thephone. I get a notification saying it?s canceled while trying to give them a call back. I told why didn?t at least have theoption to do carry out since I?ve been waiting for food to be made. She told me you don?t need to have an attitude and hung thephone again. Then we tried calling for the third time to speak to a manager and never got a response and hung up the phone onceagain. I don?t deserve this type of customer service when i was trying to treat my family with some pizza. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a pizza at 6:59. Did not receive the pizza until 8:52 and it was STONE COLD! I tried to... cancel the order but I couldn?t get anyone on the phone?!!!! Because who waits that long for a delivery?! I could have gone tothe grocery store and purchased the ingredients and made the pizza in that time. What is happening here? Why offer delivery ifyou are unable to DELIVER within a certain time frame. Thanks to the domino pizza tracker, I was able to see that my pizza wasbeing ?checked for quality? at 7:12 pm. We were looking for a quick bite on Sunday afternoon and decided to order Large (14") Thin pizza and Chocolate Lava Crunch Cake.... We ordered it online through Domino's website and picked up our order in 20 minutes. The order was ready and hot. The food wasgood. We loved the pizza and loved the Chocolate Lava Cake too.
