Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had not just this time but last 3 times. One would think that the guy that... claims to be a general manager would know how to talk to customers that has spent as much money as I have over the last 10years. This guy works nights. I will admit my wrong and I did lose my cool got loud and cussed him out after he continueslydenied saying to my wife that he made our order right even after he was told multiple times he made something wrong we even hada picture of our order. I don't want nothing for free I just want my right food. To you sir you have lost the owner my businessand anyone around me. All could have been avoided if you knew how to talk to people instead of saying I made the order I knowit's right. Read more

Everything was yummy! Great service all the way around. Very fast and fresh!! My only one problem..walking in, the smell..its... way too over powering. Smells like I'm walking into a perfume or candle shop not a pizza shop. I want to smell the pizza baking.It was so strong i had to walk out 2 times while waiting 5 minutes. For fast food style pizza, it is better than most other choices. Service has always been good, friendly... A good variety of... items & discount deals. Long hours of operation. Delivery or take out. Online ordering. When they're busy, accuracy slips a bit.I've had occasional mistakes occur, but when I choose to bring it too their attention, there's never an issue of them making itright. A couple of times, they rushed through & the crust was slightly under done. The 1 (small) complaint I have on aconsistent basis, is that, they often slice the pies into very uneven sizes. There'll be teeny, tiny slices, and then giantslices opposite those! I'm a happy, repeat customer! Read more
