Awful experience. Besides the 25 min wait through drive thru when there was two cars in front of us... I get it, could be short... staff. Chicken strips were in sitting in puddle of oil (excessive). My son went to bite into his biscuit and it was doughy..undercooked and definitely shouldn't have been served. No straw, napkins, condiments or spoon was given. ???? food was absolutetrash???? When you're craving KFC nothing else will do. They definatly have good food even if covid drove the prices up. Can't afford it... often, I don't have lots of expendable cash, but it had been a long time & a friend's birthday request. Guess that's as good areason as any other. It was SO good. Read more
Food was good as usual, but the wait in the drive thru was too long. We were 3rd car in line from the window. 3 min before the... first car left then 17! Min for the next car too leave. When I asked why the wait, I was told they were waiting on fries. Thesetake 2.5 min to make. This needs to be corrected. Read more
Glad we stopped by here after reading reviews. Im here to say it was fresh, tasty, my kids were happy said it was a good choice,... we havent ate KFC in ages. The manager was nice food fresh. I've never had an issue with the Seffner KFC until today. I ordered three chicken sandwiches. One was a meal, one a spicy... chicken sandwich meal and one single classic chicken sandwich. I forgot to check the bag until I got home. They never messed upbefore. They forgot one of the fries. All three sandwiches had the most stale buns I have ever seen. It was like having crackersfor buns. I checked all the sandwich buns for mold. I took a picture. I just don't understand why a person would grab a bunthat's as hard as a Frisbee and think it's ok to serve it to a customer? Read more
