Continued terribly drive thru experience. Yesterday placed my order, paid and went to collect order, I was told at the window... that they had given our order to wrong person. Ok we wsited a half hour before we got our order. When we got home my grandson'scheeseburger was not in his happy meal. So tired of this happening at Seffner location. Read more
was placing an order the the drive thru. Everytime I said my order she would tell me my total even though I wasn't done placing... my order. Then continued to interrupt me when I tried to tell her the rest. Then finally she started taking another cars orderwhile I was placing mine. Horrible service. Read more
Went there and ordered my food, went to the first window to pay the girl was a little confused, then went to the next window and... it was chaos.. they all looked lost like they did not know what they was supposed to do next. waiting for my food looking insidei noticed that there was no direction or anyone in control no one was leading not even the management. when the manager gave memy food she did not look at me, did not asked if i needed any condiments nothing, i said thank you have a good day she keptgoing and in top of that my order was wrong. i don't know why the fast food companies are just hiring anyone to run therebusiness and all that's going to happen is those people that they hire are going to run there business to the ground. all causeof bad customer service and poor management. Told the heavier set dark skin lady at thee window that's it looks empty all... she said was "good night".. medium cup and Nott even a sip taken from it.good job McDonald's. I?ve been here a few times now and I?ve had some issues with my orders from time to time and never have complained, but enough... is enough. I just order true drive-through and the person taking the order didn?t know if the had any deals like when you canorder big Mac with nuggets like the one on highway 60 has. So I order a happy meal the person never asked what to drink with itso they just choose small coke. I then ordered an 10 pice nugget meal with bbq sauce. My husband is driving so he doesn?t payattention and starts to drive off and I?m like hey wait where is the baby?s drink. They forgot to give it to us. It?s raining soI get out and go inside and let them know they forgot the drink. I got the milk and I get back in the car. My husband starteddriving again and here I go to looking inside my bag and no BBQ sauce. I?m like why they can?t just double check the orderbefore giving it to the consumer. I get it it can be overwhelming at times when there?s a lot of people, but to be frank this isnot the only time I?ve had problems with my orders and I think the owner should know what is going on in their store.
