Since new management took over the service has gone down hill. I was told I wasn't able to order any food because I was not in a... vehicle at the drive thru but the windows are closed for service indefinitely. Checkers and Rally's have lost my business forgood after multiple issues with rude staff, wrong food, not given the correct amount of change back and now this. Don't gohere.. Read more
Food was ready fast, customer service was really good and all the workers there were super friendly
This location at Parsons Ave and MLK does not serve anyone who walks up to order food.
I hope a manager sees this and checks who was working on 9/10/22 at 9:05 pm. The woman at the drive through window on the right... hand side, unsure of her name but she deserves a raise! I added a last minute sauce (buffalo) she said she will add it in ourbag and then we were asked to pull forward to park for our order and then a guy brought our food out. We decided to sit and eatand were there starting to eat and before I could even realize we didn?t have buffalo sauce in our bag the woman walked it outto us with out us even having to go back up to ask for it. This was so sweet and she definitely deserves to be recognized forher great customer service!! Most people in the fast food industry would shrug it off and say to themselves ?oh well they won?tnotice until their gone? but this woman has a different mindset and we need more people like that in the world!
