Pizza Hut on Parsons in Seffner was our place until it closed during Covid. Since then we've been using the one on MLK Jr. Blvd... in Seffner. It's a little further away but their pizzas are so much better than the one we used to use. Love this place andworth the extra mile drive. Read more

Ordered two pizza for carry out and asked for well done. When I arrived my pizza was basically still dough. I asked her to... please run the pizza thru again once more. After 10 minutes I came back in to find the pizza still flimsy almost soggy. I askedto see the mgr. She said she wouldn't put the pizza in again because it would back up other orders... If I could give no stars I would. How can they call this pizza there is no crust and this is a stuffed crust. If this is the new... way I will never order this for my family again. $24 for paper come on. Store should be ashamed to have delivered this to acustomer. Shame on you. Read more
This was a truly awful experience. Not only was our delivery 15 minutes late , but our food was cold and one of the pizzas had... hair baked into the entire pizza. When I called the store to let them know, not only did they not believe us, but they wereextremely rude. I even asked for a district managers number or corporate number and they refused to provide with, claiming thatthey did not know that information. Fortunately, after being hung up on by the managers Ava and Nick; I was able to contactanother location and receive this information. My coworkers and I ordered dinner because we are stuck at the office for thenight and now we do not have anything to eat in fear of getting another mouthful of hair. Have the driver get the order to its destination promptly. I live around 7 ish min from the store, I probably could have picked... it up myself, and the driver took around 30 minutes from the time I got the notification of the order being on its way. Thedelivery time was 2:24 pm EST and we got the delivery around 3:00 pm EST. Being late, the pizza was Luke warm and kind of chewyfrom sitting. Pretty disappointed this time around. Read more
