Just witnessed the most despicable behavior for someone who is supposed to be a manager. Apparently her upper management told... her her labor was too high and to send 6 emplovees on 45min + breaks so just she was working. This woman proceeded toask another employee so 7th to step behind the counter to take 3 orders for people waiting but DONT clock in and use her owncard. She tried to tell the employee she didn't want to get her in trouble cuz she isn't supposed to be clocked in. YES MY HRBRAIN WENT HOT!!! and no I didn't keep my mouth shut I informed her that what she was saying to the girl she had working off theclock it wouldn't be the employee in trouble she needs the job and if she didn't do it she is fearful of losing her only sourceof income at the time. The ONLY good experience was the gentleman that took my order. We got a 16 piece meal with 3 sides. After waiting for some time... for our food due to confusion as to what kind of chicken we ordered (tenders or fried) we got home only to set down to not onlymissing our mashed potatoes and gravy we had dried tuff chicken. With price's being so high the ONLY reason I got the food wasmy mother had just got home from the hospital and I thought it would be an easy way to feed everyone after a stressful day. Delicious! I got the spicy chicken sandwich and the rice and beans. Way better than CFA in my opinion. The breading was... perfectly crispy, the chicken was juicy, and the sauce and pickle - yum!
