I don?t normally come on here and do this but I feel something needs to be done about the way they treat customers at the MLK... location. Today is 12/6/22, 7:50pm. The drive thru was empty and upon arrival I was asked to please hold for 10 minutes. Iordered a spicy chicken sandwich and they said they were out of chicken patties. That was no issue, I asked if I could getchicken tenders with a bun and the sauce, I had no problems making the sandwich myself. The worker proceeds to get hostile withme to the point where I didn?t feel comfortable buying food from Popeyes and went to Zaxby?s instead. Popeyes has always been astaple in my life and this was a negative and frustrating experience. I hope the employees that worked tonight are reevaluated,and maybe not put someone who clearly hates their surroundings as the front line of their establishment. Read more

Went other day and ordered 8 piece meal and then wanted to add Cajun rice and they said they didn't have it that it was an... promotional time only. Not y'all in general just the chain itself. I'm like come on Popeyes most of the people go there is forthe Cajun Rice and chicken. Not sure if hurricane Ian knocked out the drive thru box but damn drive to window takes like 40minutes because there's no menu to look at when at the window and half the time stuff they advertise isn't available. The place is dirty, the floors are greasy. The order counter is cluttered. None of the menu screens work, signs are posted on... the counter. Lobby looked like a storage area for whatever wouldn?t fit anywhere else. Drink area is falling apart. I orderedchicken strips and was given another customers food that arrived after me. They gave him that bag after I went through it andsaid it wasn?t mine. Then when I got back to work found that I got a 3piece chicken meal. Two seemingly owners or manages justplaying on their phones while one girl works drive through and another the counter. It?s extremely clear that this place has amanagement issue. I run a 200000 sf warehouse that?s cleaner than this restaurant. In fairness, the chicken tasted ok but itwasn?t what I ordered. Read more

I?ve experienced lack of management and poor customer service on 3 separate occasions. Extremely long wait times even when... placing online orders. I?ve waited 45 minutes for orders. I?ve been told they can?t complete my online order that had alreadybeen paid for and have had to wait up to 2 weeks for my money to be refunded. When I?ve asked to speak to a manager, I?ve beentold to call corporate and there is no phone #. There is a robot customer service that will only work from a pc not the app. Theoutside appearance of the store has even declined with waist high grass and just lack of pride in owenership. 3 strikes, I?lltake my time and money elsewhere. I pulled up to the drive through and asked for a couple of items, and the drive through taker starts giving off an attitude... saying something I could barely understand. After 5mins of trying to understand the person. I figured out that they don't haveany food at all. Why is a restraunt open when they can't even get 85% of their product? ??????????????? Horrible service the cashier which was a guy I don?t remember his name. But he was very rude and not professional. Before I can... order he asked me to hold while he have a conversation with someone. I can hear the conversation because he never turned theinner com off. Then after the cashier finished his conversation he then begin to take my order. After I paid for my food Inoticed that he shorted me my change. He guy seemed very bother and still had an attitude. That?s why I like paying with my cardbecause I don?t have to worry about people paying with my money. But there CC machine I?m guessing was down. Who ever the storemanager is needs to have a serious talk with him. Because if he doesn?t like his job then leave. This Popeyes is never open when they're supposed to be. One day I stopped at noon, and they weren't open yet. Then when they are... open they never have the food right. They won't have certain things and will tell you you have to order something else. When youdo order and get what you want you get home and it's something else. I stopped tonight on the way home from the airport to get acouple pieces of chicken. I sat at the drive through for about 5 minutes and nobody would answer. Had to wait 20 minutes for chicken after I paid also when we got home the chicken was very very very small like little baby... chickens are being harvested to fill their menu! Not sure where they are getting their chickens but they definitely are notgiving them growth hormones! I tried to leave a review but their website said they had already completed all the reviews for thecycle and didn?t want my input! Popeyes needs to get bigger chicken no joke this is not funny! We were glad the skin was biggerthan the chicken at least we had something to fill our empty bellies!
