We were there on Thursday 8/11 at 7:30 in the evening. When we entered, we were greeted with an impatient and disrespectful... attitude. The service was bad, they got mad at us for wanting to order 5 sandwiches because we didn't make a phone order! Weare tourists and we didn't know the rules. In addition, after they had already agreed that we would order food, they did notlet the children use the restrooms instead because they have an inspection tomorrow and she had already cleaned the restrooms. The young lady that's at the subway on hwy92 in Seffner Is always so sweet. And they are very prompt and efficient
Subways are pretty cookie cutter, so what really makes the individual franchise stand out is the staff. The gentleman who took... my order was friendly, we'll mannered, and eager to see that my sandwich was exactly the way I wanted.. That's a five star fastfood experience, because I guarantee you, it he'd been a jerk, my sandwich would've tasted pretty much the same. Read more
