We were there on Thursday 8/11 at 7:30 in the evening. When we entered, we were greeted with an impatient and disrespectful... attitude. The service was bad, they got mad at us for wanting to order 5 sandwiches because we didn't make a phone order! Weare tourists and we didn't know the rules. In addition, after they had already agreed that we would order food, they did notlet the children use the restrooms instead because they have an inspection tomorrow and she had already cleaned the restrooms. Subways are pretty cookie cutter, so what really makes the individual franchise stand out is the staff. The gentleman who took... my order was friendly, we'll mannered, and eager to see that my sandwich was exactly the way I wanted.. That's a five star fastfood experience, because I guarantee you, it he'd been a jerk, my sandwich would've tasted pretty much the same. Read more
Food was good but the store runs sometimes with only one employee. All employees seem to be female and store is located in a... real bad area. It's irresponsible of management to leave anyone alone here after dark. Read more
A super cool older lady works here, at least on this day in the AM. Give her a nice tip. The breakfast was Delicious! Spinach... wrap, bacon, ham, turkey, Lettuce, red onion, green peppers, salt and pepper, and mayonnaise. Read more
I had to change my review from 5 star excellence to 3 star mediocre. I had the most rude and disrespectful kid serve me. From... the very beginning he didn't greet me as we came in. He just trudgingly made the sandwiches for the guests before me. Then hedidn't change his gloves after using the computer and cashing out the guest in front of me. (They had jalapenos is why I evennoticed he didn't change them) Next he didn't build the sandwich right, he plopped the meat into the sandwich in stacks (I hadspicy Italian). While it was toasting he processed the payment after which he still didn't changed his gloves. Then was annoyedat the fact that I wanted my overload of veggies that I always get. The only reason why I'm giving 3 stars is because it'ssubway and even with all the missteps the food is amazing. Frustrated because this is my favorite location. Well I guess it was. Read more
