Our dinner was very cold and just thrown together. We live less than 2 miles from your location. That is no excuse for the... temperature of our food and the sloppiness and very low on ingredients.We know it would not have been up to Taco Bell standardsfor sure .The guy that made our dinner had his pants almost to the floor with his underwear showing. He was not representingTaco Bell with their high standards . When I got home with our 30 plus dollar dinner for my family I tried calling to expressour disappointment but of course no one answered. We ended up putting most of it in the trash that's how bad it was. Myfollowing days were so very busy and I was unable to visit the store again to express to the management are disappointment inthe quantity and quality that we received. Good luck Taco Bell???? Took my order incorrectly Then didn?t make my food for 15 minutes. When I asked about it they got snappy with me. And then... proceeded to make the wrong food for me. And treated me like it was my fault. But what else should I expect from Taco Bell. Read more

Just ate a burrito(tasted fine) but the two soft tacos supreme tasted like a chemical or cleaning spray, immediately threw them... away. Almost like they're using the same gloves to clean and prepare food. Absolutely disgusting. 10/4/22 @2:30 pm drive thru. Read more
This store needs some serious improvements and education on a service animals. The snotty comments made by the staff here is... unacceptable. Oh and if you really want to catch a lawsuit this is the perfect place to come slip and fall with no wet floorsigns out. On top of complaining about leaving bc someone sat down in the dining room. If there were a negative star review this location would get a -5 ?. Absolutely the worst when it comes to Taco Bell locations.... The gentleman that was working the drive-thru the night of February 10th 2022 must have either been eating or had his jaw wiredshut while speaking through the speaker. This gentleman was rude what cut you off and couldn't answer simple questions aboutmenu items. The order that I received was incorrect. Two items missing. Chicken quesadilla had steak in it along with thechicken. Quesadilla wasn't cooked properly and the cheese was not melted. And it wasn't even cut. The two hard shell tacos thatI received were so soggy they ripped through the bottom of the taco and made a mess all over the plate. Either that or they werepre-cracked. Just the absolute worst service and food from a Taco Bell location I have ever experienced... Ever! I despise thefact that I have to go to this location because it's the closest location to my home. Seriously contemplating just going to aTaco Bell that's further away. I'd almost rather eat cold Taco Bell at this point. I'm going to speak with the management todayshow them the pictures that I have and ask him if they would be happy if they receive the type of service I did. The service is the worst. I placed a pick up order for inside but the doors were locked at 7:15pm. So I had to wait in the... long drive thru line "which is why I chose pick up to avoid". I get to the window and he basically throws the bag at me andcloses the window immediately. No napkins in bag and I couldn't even ask for them. I hope they don't get paid $15.00 an hourbecause they sure don't deserve it! Read more
