This is the second time in one week I have ordered two sandwiches and they haven?t come out right. Yesterday I got a BLT and all... I got was bacon and tomato no lettuce no mayonnaise. Stopped in for a quick coffee and discovered the the new Autumn Pumpkin carafe was not fresh, and slightly cold. Gavin did not... hesitate for a second by immediately offering to brew some fresh!! Less than 5 minutes later, I was on my way with a reeeeallygood hot Pumpkin Spice-ish Coffee. (*Hint - Try the French Vanilla Creamer in the Pumpkin brew, holy cow you guys...sooooogood!!) Wawa is a mix of a gas station with a takeout restaurant. This Wawa is located in Mango, FL on the intersection of MLK Boulevard... and Mango Road. The interior of the store is typical of a Wawa, and the staff is quite good. Now, it?s time for the food. I gota double cheeseburger with fries and cheese sauce. The burger itself was juicy and flavorful. Exceeded my expectations. However,the fries were just okay, and the cheese sauce felt like a waste of calories. However, I love Wawa and would come back. Theyhave a great variety of food, ranging from sandwiches, Mac and cheese, smoothies, and even burritos. Read more
Love the custom salads and strawberry banana smoothies! So far in the last year my orders are ready timely when I get there. I... also order through the app 98% of the time. Definitely consider this during peak hours in the a.m and busy lunch hour. I've hadno issues with the customer service and the staff is polite. Read more
Does anyone realize that their sewer pump is broken? When you pull into the back parking lot you can see the red light and hear... the alarm going off and a sewage smell fills the area. It's been this way for at least two weeks now. That's not good at all -like, I think the place ought to be closed until they can get it fixed. I come here just about everyday before work. I love the food. I love the people. I love the coffee. But what I really dislike is... how the drink station is almost always closed or out of stock. The food is made way too slow. I used to work at wawa and all ofthis was completely unacceptable. Why is the drink station almost always closed when its clear they have the ingredients to makethe beverages?? I normally always get iced coffee and the iced coffee has been blocked for two weeks now. Not one or two days.Two weeks. I shouldn't have to drive out of my way to Brandon to get the coffee I want when I have THIS Wawa literally rightdown the road. Customer service in the food department sucked. I ordered a buffalo chicken quesadillas and got a veggie quesadillas instead.... And the workers were rude. Kept talking amongst themselves when I politely asked for my food. Now I can?t even eat my foodbecause they made my order completely wrong. Idk how you get veggie out of buffalo chicken!
