I ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich and this is what my food looked like. It had the wrong cheese, then it has two addition... pieces of cheddar cheese, there was no bacon and the crispy dills we're a mushy and gross looking very similar to vomit. I wastotally disgusting when I opened my meal. By the way this #12 is about $10 for the whole meal. Also all the fries in my orderof $35 we're cold. They don't answer their phones either. Read more
Avoid. My Diet Coke was watery and even after I brought it up to them they said that's the way it's supposed to be and wouldn't... replace it. Further, all of our sandwiches were sloppily made and there was a random unknown substance on one of thesandwiches, possibly dried up old veggies, but it was very hard like a twig. On top of these the drive through service was veryslow and they forgot to give us straws, but after they refused to replace my drink I was so incensed I didn't think to check. Read more
Fries were solicitous and crispy hot! The young lady working in the drive thru had the kindest eyes. I was scared to ask for... sauce but she was so nice I gained the courage. The sauce made my day. Thank you Wendy?s for the exquisite visit! Will be cominghere more often. Read more
It's bad enough you're on the line for a long time, after all the long wait to come and receive stale burnt chicken nuggets that... looks dirty and cold French fries. What a waste of money? At least the burger was fresh. Read more
So I decided to order inside I got a 4/4 it took them 10 minutes to hand me my food to complete my order 10 minutes because of... the digital clock above the french fry thing it took 10 minutes and I said wow she?s like we?re shortstaffed I said I understandthat but 10 minutes for the simple meal, then I sat down I was like oh I forgot ketchup, they have like the buffet style publicketchup, Little flying bugs all around it anyways. Then I seen the dispenser that doesn?t look normal so from now on when I goto a restaurant I will only get the ketchup in the little packets disposable packets to go packets!!! This place is horrible! Horrible management, she couldn?t even get my order right. She overcharged me for what idk because I got... no receipt and was told she can?t pull it back up. The fries where all old so I asked for fresh n they weren?t finished. Iwatched her tell the girl your not going to finish them are you?! Like what??? That?s how you treat customers food, with no careat all?? My burgers have ketchup and mustard and grease all over the wrapper. I should of known there would be issues when the lighting on the menu board was completely out however my order was simple, a $5... biggie bag & a $4 for 4 .. gor drinks, a Coke & a vanilla frosty. Unfortunately, there was NO COCA COLA so we went with a Spritewhich was flat, super flat but the line behind me was growing & they asked me to pull behind the other vehicle that was alreadywaiting on his food. Needless to say they brought 3 bags out, None of which belong to me or the person in the front at whichpoint I realize now there were two cars behind me waiting for food after putting in orders and after paying we were now on thewait some more line!! 5 minutes passed 10 passed 15 minutes passed 20 minutes passed & at the 26 minute mark I got my 2 littlebags, no ketchup, no sauces, no napkins, I was afraid to ask for those items in fear I would have to wait 26 more minutes. Iwould like to say I caught them on a bad night at 10:04 PM however the drive-through cashiers attitude speaks volumes as to theservice you will get. The worker I noticed in the lobby as I sat there waiting with the other three cars had a mop bucket andmop but was on his phone for about 10 minutes I think next time I have a craving I will completely pass this establishment &find me a McDonald?s!! They ask what sauce you want for nuggets but never put it in the bag. I got an excessive 8 sour cream for my potato but no... butter. Fries were hot and salted. The sandwich was out of the wrapper in the bag. It's a hit or miss here. Their drive thruwait has gotten better. It used to take 20-30 minutes to get through the line but now it's about 8 minutes.
