Great service and food was delicious hot ready to eat. Got my order right.
So I always come here when I head back into Houston, tell me why it’s always an issue, I get charged 20 bucks for this few... small pieces of brisket and sausage and side salad and small as sides…menu says it’s 14.85 for the rancher plate but I getcharged 20 bucks? Smh and I told her about the very few pieces of brisket that is supposed to be sliced beef and manager tellsme that “well it’s falling apart, there’s nothing I can do” but yet I see other customers with perfect slices of beef ontheir plates smh. For a big franchise you would think they would take care of their customers and chicken is over cooked as wellwith cold fries smh…making it harder and harder to continue to eat here Read more
Always nice and clean. Self serving condiments always clean and fresh. Customer service excellent, professional and friendly.... Their fried chicken "WOW" delicious, love their fried chicken, always, always fresh and crispy, yummiest!! But, their "carneguisada flour tortilla tacos are to die for!! And add a little flavor with their hot sauce ???? but remember folks that's myopinion and my pleasure to have them from there. So try them, and enjoy ???? Read more
Really???? After a 30 minute wait in the drive-through and $13 later this is the quality that we got. This is ridiculous. Bill... Miller’s needs to take pride in their presentation service and value, but it’s clear they have lost their focus. Honestlythis is pretty freaking sad Read more
Brisket was flavorful & juicy with a decent amount of smoke. Sauce was well rounded, not too sweet, w a very light... pour. Spanish rice was good and the slaw was refreshing. There’s plenty of butter at the pickle & salsa bar???????????? Food was dry and fries were burnt. They ran out of sweet tea and made us wait for our food when a person after us that ordered... got their food first. Manager didn't show any concern and seem to be in a rush to close up instead of taking care of hiscustomers that were there. Read more
We had breakfast from there this morning and it was all so good! Little lady at the window is always so nice and sweet. We like... that they have someone at the drive thru taking your order and you can pay with card so then you pull up to window and justreceive your food. Seems to go fast, haven’t had to be stuck in a line. Read more
We stopped in here on our way to Houston. I've dined at a Bill Miller BBQ for breakfast in San Antonio. I normally do the make... your own tacos. I ordered a breakfast taco with potatoes, eggs and sausage. Add some of their hot sauce and picadillo. Yum. There wasn't any problems with service, etc. Definitely would stop in again. Read more
