Embarrassingly long wait at the drive thru every time I've been here. I have gone 4 times over the past 2 months, and even when... I am the only one or two people in line, it is not unusual to wait 5-10 minutes for anyone to even take your order, and another10-15 minutes until you get your food. If there are more than 2 people already there, you are going to be better off goingsomewhere else because you could probably drive to the Burger King in New Braunfels and back and still have your food beforethey're done here. This Burger King has been opened for about a month. Very clean & decorative. There are two restrooms which are unisex & pleanty... of room. Food come out very hot & fresh...not greasy like other establishments. Read more
I have never had a problem with this Burger King. Sometimes we have to wait a few minutes for the food. Guaranteed when we have... to wait it's so we have hot fries or onion rings. The customer service is pretty good every now n then at any restaurant you mayencounter someone who's not the friendliest, but we all have bad days, never anyone rude and definitely no bad attitudes. Normally good, here lately new employees I recently seen playing around in the kitchen messing up orders, charging me for a... large drink in a medium cup. Sweet tea hasn't been properly made to strong, and next to no sugar taste more like unsweetend tea.Burgers and everything else is good. Just can do without the employees yelling while behind the counter and caring on like abunch of school yard childern. Manager should address some issues. Read more

Every time I have been to this location it's been a terrible experience. I don't know if they have staffing problems or... education problems. The lobby is not open and the drive-thru is a half hour wait go somewhere else. Read more
We went twice in a week! The first visit our food was all so good! No long wait in the drive thru. The chicken burger was my... favorite and the chicken was thick, the next visit unfortunately I received one with more breading than actual chicken. And ittasted like it was overly fried too crispy. Staff though was very nice. The jalapeño bites i loved! My son also enjoyed thechicken fries. Read more
On Halloween night around 900pm I decided to use the drive through to get food. I pulled in noticing there were about 5-6 other... cars in front of me. I didn't think much of it and pulled in as Halloween does get pretty busy for food service. I waited for 15minutes and finally someone had moved up. I waited another 5 minutes to see if the car in front of me would move up andeventually they did. I stopped at the speaker and waited for the voice to greet me. Nothing. "Hello, Is anyone there?" No reply.I get tired of waiting and scoot up to the window to ask if maybe there speaker went out or head sets weren't working. I scootup to see three guys standing at the front counter staring at 2 groups sitting inside. No headsets, no hurry, no acknowledgementat the window. "Hello", I said to the open window. I even waved my hands. They were ignoring the drive thru customers. I haveworked in food service before and know some nights can get busy and we fall behind, but flat out ignoring customers was justrude. I was done with burger king service. In the end, I got impatient, and went next door to get Chicken Express. 5 minutewaiting time and food was hot and fresh. Read more
