The associates have no manners when ordering thru drive thru or bringing your order. Basically demanding you to pull over... there, no can you please move or thank you when bringing you your order out. Teach these kids some manners when hiring them. Read more
Mic system needs to be upgraded, difficulty when placing orders. Workers have a hard time hearing what is said.

Beware. 3 PC is equivalent to one tender and two barely nuggets.

I love Chicken Express normally. I am a bit disappointed, however, in this new location. I realize, new employees means learning... curve. But the quality of the latest order was a little less than expected. Over $20 for chicken that was overcooked and darnnear inedible. Skin was beyond crispy and almost tasted burnt and the meat was super dry. I will be back, but only after it'sbeen opened up a little longer. Read more
