Awesome portion great taste. Good process to high for appetizer. My sister and I stopped in to share 2 appetizer a d drank... Easter and the bill was like $28. A little high for a afternoon snack taste. Food was good and the staff was friendly. Hoeven of I'm going to drop that kind of money I want feel it should be on a actual meal not s sample appetizer plate and someguacamole. Read more

We asked for a specific seating arrangement. They told us is was going to be a 10-15 wait because the person working that area... was going to need to clean the tables. We were willing to wait. They had a staff member come and say she could come and helpget the tables ready so we could be seating and the manager and made a smart remark and did not allow her to help set the tablesand said we could wait the 15 min. Food and Server were very nice!! My party of 6 with 3 young children were sat in the bar area for some reason. The TV sound was... blaring so loud we had to yell at each other. I was told it could not be turned down due to corporate policy. Was offered to bemoved and when I asked to move was told no other tables were available while staring at an empty dining room. There were 6 in our group. We arrived around 2pm on a Monday. It wasn’t busy at all. However, we waited around 10 minutes to... be seated. In that time, no one even acknowledged us standing there. It was as if we didn’t exist. The table we were seatedat was dirty. There was still bits of food all over from the previous people which was gross. Our waitress acted like she waskinda put out by us being there. She was not very attentive at all. Our food took awhile to come out, and when it did, itwasn’t very warm. We had got guacamole as a starter, and that took ages to come out as well. Our waitress never visited ourtable to make sure we had what we needed. We had to flag down another (miserable) waitress to ask if we could have more drinks.Our waitress seemed to be going to other tables but not ours for some reason. When it came time to pay, we paid by cash. Sheacted surprise when I said I wanted change. (No way she was getting a $40 tip!) she also forgot to bring a to go box like weasked her. All in all, just avoid this place. The staff is miserable, the place is dirty, and the food takes forever to arriveand when it does arrive, it’s not even very warm. Read more

We loved our latest visit to this location! While the building itself could use some attention we were pleased with the staff!... Both Mallory and our server Victoria were amazing! Mallory had some lovely suggestions when we asked her and even came back toensure we were liking it. Victoria was so kind and attentive! She was an A+ waitress. 4 stars for the building and 5 for thestaff! Read more

I am going to stop going to this Chili's, and maybe all Chili's. They never have any wait staff. The wait times are ridiculous,... even though the restaurant is nearly empty. They claim the kitchen is too busy with on line orders to service the in restaurant guests efficiently. The quality of some food items has diminished over the past couple of years. The guacamole for exampletastes like it is store bought, and you get a little small scoop and a few chips. We asked for additional chips and were toldthey were out of chips for the night. We had to request the manager's help to get a serving of chips, which finally came aboutthe time we were finishing up. Read more

I posted a review the night we went that apparently got deleted. We went here new years weekend on Sunday night. They were slow... and not busy at all. We waited 20 minutes to be seated and when we did get seated it was with a really nice and friendly waiter.We placed our order and when we recieved it one of our meals had steak that we had asked for medium rare...it was more than welldone and dry and flavorless so we sent it back to the kitchen, only to recieve an even more over cooked steak. Our waiter hadinformed us he could talk to the managers as they were all in the kitchen at that moment and we just asked to take it off thecheck. Our waiter was very accommodating and helpful but the kitchen staff? It was a 6 Oz steak. How do you over cook it twotimes? Especially if there's managers in there?? This was my third visit to this particular Chili’s. As before, they are understaffed, just like other businesses in this... area. We waited a few minutes to be greeted and seated (about 5 minutes.) The service and food were really good. My husbandhad the pick three appetizer platter. I had the lunch combo of southwest chicken soup and turkey club. I could eat that soupall day long!
