Im a new local from TN. Always a great time here. Food is always fresh, plentiful, entire staff is nice and sweet. ? Please be... kind and tip your server generously...they deserve it. *I'd like to add that kindness, gratefulness and patience goes a longway. Food was good. Our waitress, Destiny, was amazing. Took care of 11 of us. Took everyone's orders without writing anything down... and everything came out perfect. The only negative is that the ac wasn't working so it was warm. AC needs to be fixed for thoseemployees running around all day and for the customers. Read more
The food was good. But the table that we got was dirty, so we asked to switch to a different table which was also dirty. There... was trash on the carpet as well, also the AC didn?t seem to be working. They had big fans. Read more
I?m here working out of town with a large company and I will be sure to tell them of my experience at this location. I waited to... be seated the store?s air conditioner was out with fans and I got my table after a little wait. There were 11 people in thedining area all seemed a little impatient. I ordered a sample platter and some coffee and after 30 min I simply checked on myorder. My family is in the food industry and I understand short staff and what not. The manager brought me my meal and appetizerand I simply said that it was a long wait . As I cut into my chicken fried steak I noticed the manager pointing me out to apolice officer! I can understand if I used profanity or was rude but I was not and I was escorted out by the police and was inutter shock! I will make sure none of my company visit this location! I was on my way to New Braunfels and passed here for Breakfast and unfortunately did not have a great experience. Pros: Food... was tasty and warm. I got the Spicy Poblano Omelette and it was delicious. It?s 7/10 spicy. The tres leches pancakes wereokay. Cons: Environment is not clean. Table was sticky. Restroom are not clean. My friends? order was wrong. The waitress cameand called the order. No one had order that, and she place it on the table. My friend told her the order was incorrect and sheretracted and gave us an attitude. I also asked for napkins and syrup but didn?t get it till after 10 minutes. Overall servicewas pretty bad. The food is great, chefs really do their job good. Unless you are really hungry. I would not recommend thisIHOP. Read more
Walked in and thought we would be waiting awhile. Looked like the girl doing the seating was pretty new. Then out of no where... a server stepped up and seated everyone in one swoop. It was a bit busy and there were not many empty tables. Patrick was atour table before we even got our menus opened then back with coffee and OJ in 2 minutes flat. Food was out quick and wasdelicious. After driving by at least 10 fast food signs on I10, this IHOP was a pleasant surprise! Read more
